Alright then Ksi.
Not really sure what to do now she just looked off in a daze, her mind wondering nowhere inparticular until Ksi startled her back to reality, with his remark.
Uh, sure Ksi, whatever you say.
However, not one to just sit around and do nothing while there might be adventure to have, she walked off after Ksi a moment later. Not really sure where he might have gone, she thought the field they'd been in earlier was as good a place to start as any. Walking slowly she made her way in that direction.

*Synge was drinking her water and mostly lost in her own thoughts until Ksi suddenly left. She thought about finding out what he was up to, but when she saw that someone else had decided to follow she decided to stay put. Finishing off her water she rested her arms on the counter, she was suddenly quite tired.*

*After suddenly letting out a yawn, she looks over to see that the day has slipped away from her. She gets up and starts cleaning up the tavern, getting it ready to close up for the night.*
"Can I get you anything Synge?"

Ksi walks into the tavern and notices that Synge is still here. He then goes over to where she is to have a seat.
“Oh hey there, you’re still here?”
He smiles and takes a seat nearby at one of the tables. Synge might not recognize him at first, as he looks and acts almost entirely different. However his face is basically the same, and he has the same aura. He's also still wearing the same mysterious pendant, which has some kind of rune or letter imprinted on it. His physical size is even smaller, and he tends slouch more now, especially as he’s still relaxing from his recent spar. He leans back in his chair with his arms draped back and one foot up on the table, as he then shoots her a grin.

*Synge had been resting her head on her proped up hand for a while now and had slowly been drifting asleep. She is startled back to reality by Ksi's voice, but when she turns to greet him she jolts back slightly. Taking a quick look over his body she raises an eyebrow. This was certainly the same Ksi, but he seemed so different! Still, this was Ksi. She smiles, still looking a little confused and a little tired.*
Hi...you seem...different.
*She laughs a little to herself. Did he really just grin?*
Yeah, I'm still here. I wanted to relax a little more, but I think I fell asleep for a bit, heh.
*Pausing for a moment she smiles at his laid back attitude.*
How about you though, what were you doing out there?

“Heh, an old friend of mine and I were just outside having a good spar. It was a lot of fun, it’s a shame you missed it. Heheheh, yeah I forgot that I look different now. I’m usually in my transformed state. I like it, as it’s closer to my true being. However, this is my base form. This is how I grew up, back when I though I was just a normal human person.”
He laughs a little bit and then shrugs.
“It’s getting late though, you look tired. You might want to get some sleep, I have more training planned for tomorrow. Heh, I think I’m fixing to head out for the night to get some sleep myself.”
He grins again, seeming much more casual now than usual.

*She listens to Ksi's explanation with a sleepy feeling floating over her. She entertains the possibility that she may be dreaming and pinches the arm that isn't facing Ksi just to make sure. Deciding she is awake she smiles.*
If you like this form so much why do I always see you the other way?
*She stops for a moment and stares at him. Which form did she prefer? She really wasn't sure, they were so different!*
And...why is your personality so different as well?
*Letting out a little yawn she wondered if that question would offend him, but she didn't believe it would.*
You don't have to answer my questions, I'm terrible about that. You probably want to get out of here anyway, and you're right about me needed sleep.

*She continues to clean the little bit of mess from the day's activity while she listens, but doesn't hear what the pair converse about. She finishes cleaning up and takes a seat at the end of the bar, waiting for the others to either ask for something or head off to where they are staying for the night.*

Ksi chuckles.
“Oh, I don’t mind answering your questions. I actually meant I like my other form more, that’s why I’m usually transformed. I’m in more of an awakened state then, closer to my true self, thus my ego become more “proper”, you might say. In my normal form, I feel closer to humanity, so I guess I’m just more relaxed. Also, things like doubt and self-consciousness, these things tend to get filtered out. As well as things like unwanted habits and mannerisms. For example, if I had a stutter, it would clear up when I transform. Anyway, this conversation may be a bit too heavy for this late hour. How about we continue in the morning?”
Ksi stands and stretches.
“Have a good evening ladies.”
He waves to those present, and then turns to leave. If no one stops him or says anything that he might respond to, he heads on out for the night.

*Synge blushes for a moment, realizing she had misheard what Ksi said about which form he preferred. Listening to the rest of his words she nodded sleepily.*
Good idea, I'll see you tomorrow then. Sweet dreams
*After watching him leave she turned to Nikki with a tired smile. Standing up she stretched a bit.*
Alright, I'm headed off to bed, finally. Have a good night Nikki.
*Yawning, she went over to the stairs. After taking her shoes off she headed upstairs to her room. Once inside she locked the door and got ready for bed. Changed and cleaned up she slipped between the covers and fell asleep quickly.*

*She watches him go, then turns to Synge when she starts talking to her.*
"You have a good night as well."
*She watches Synge head up the stairs, glances at the clock to see the hour. Deciding it was late enough, she locked the doors, turned down the lights, and dissapeared into her office, taking her shoes with her.*
