Yeah, Meira's kind of out of the current scenes, too. This does mean she's available, though. Just means I'm not sure what to do with her at the moment and may end up posting more rarely until I do come up with something.
Otherwise, there's always that new faction. If they're NPCs, anyone can technically play them, right? Because I could totally breathe some life into our new "black ops" team. Especially if I'm not worrying about what my character's up to at the moment.

Yup. For the most part NPC's are fair game, but rules and regulations do apply. Most of the high-power ones (Prof. X, Magneto, Mystique) are for occasional Crew use only, but the black Ops....I'm not so sure.
Why? Do you have something extra ordinarily awesome in mind? Please, feel more then welcome to share via PM or otherwise.
BTW, my Brotherhood homies, where are most of in the RP? At the lair? Like I said before, you guys need something annoyingly awesome to do right about now. I still haven't decided for sure, but everyone's favorite Nancy-Lance might be making a comeback in the near future.

Tobias is sulking in the Bhood mansion basement at the moment; Aarin is going to show up at the X-Mansion before long.

Aye, and someday before time comes to an end, I would so like to see my Victoria and your Aarin butt heads.
The bit about the loudness that is likely to happen when he uses his mutant power absolutely tickles my fancy.

Annnd enter Outback. I likewise think it'd be fun to have him and Victoria face off at some point; his power doesn't have many direct combat applications, but it's great for creative use.

Exactly. And actually, Victoria and Co. are headed home as we speak. If they clash now, fine, if later, fine as well.
I tend to hate it when character interaction is forced, if you get what I mean. Nothing to you at all, it's just one of my many pet peeves.

I know what you mean. Really, I wasn't planning for a clash this early in the show. Aarin's not malicious like Tobias is; he's just bored and figures messing with the X-Men would be fun even if said messing is just taking over their couches and TV while mooching food and drink. *Shrug* I've always been planning to introduce him like this; it's just a fun way for a character to be. Also a nice change from the rather, uh... shall we say "antisocial" Tobias.

Hey, Onion. The new guy, Lucas, hasn't been on in the last five days. I just checked his profile. I'm dying over here. I can't have 23 do anything further until he's back. Can I please just knock him out so we can get the plot moving. Everyone's comming home, Aarin is at the front door looking for trouble, and I want to give him some. But 23 would never leave a liability standing there, so I can't let her. scream stressed scream What can I do?

By all means, if he hasn't even logged on in five days then I see no harm in taking a few creative liberties to keep things moving.
Leave an OOC in your post mentioning that though, so he doesn't think we God modding him just for the hell of it.

Let's see. First off, t's near the end of the semester. If I'm not even online very often forthe next few weeks, that's why. I'm a little bogged down from work.
Second: if anyone cares to know where Meira is, she's either at home or wandering around town. I mostly can't figure out what'd be good for her, especially as she's not a member of or necessarily aware of the X-Men and Brotherhood.
Third: For the Black Ops, who really need a name. I'd probably just run them for a bit of fun and to stir things up. Actually have them do a bit of their job. Such as follow-up on the whole mall incident. "Did you get the plate number on any of those vehicles that drove off?" "Yep." "Good, we need to know more of what happened here..." Etc. I don't have any major plans for them and never really had any when I suggested them, either. But, something's bound to evolve eventually.
