I just recently watched Azumanga Daioh on the Anime Network on Demand, that's some scary a** s**t! eek I was like WTF is going on? I'm still going to watch it though, because it's all the anime I get. sweatdrop Anime/manga is sooo expensive, I can't really afford to indulge myself.

I watched the "World of Narue" or something like that on our Anime OnDemand channel last night. It was actually pretty decent. I have seen Azumanga Daioh before. It's weird, but funny in some parts. The little pig tails girl freaks me out. It seems to be a really popular anime series though. A bunch of my other ;net friends like it a lot.
anime and manga is too expensive for us too. Right now I have on comic that I get from the comic shop, and that's all I can afford crying . But I do DL anime all the time when I can find a good fansub. I was watching the hell out of Full Metal Alchemist loooong before it was on Adult Swim. I also like Hellsing, Lupin III, Wolfs Rain, Aeon Flux, Chrno Crusade, and a few others. And, of course, I'm ridiculously huge Miyazaki freak. My goal is to one day own all his films (even the ones he only participated in - Like Castle Cagloistro and Grave of the Fireflies). I also like Perfect Blue, Millenium Actress, Vampire Hunter D, Roujin Z, and FLCL.
Yay for anime!
Oddly enough, the hubby tends to like the goofy, lovey, comedy, romance animes like Tenchi Muyo, Ah! My Goddess and Happy Lesson. But he also likes more manly stuff like Ghost in the Shell and Akira.

I think that when I'm working full time, it just might have te become a priority of mine to buy all the GAINAX stuff I can get my hands onto. Honestly, Wings of Honneamisse? Evangelion? I honestly believe that it doesn't get much better than that. *Gasp* You mean there's PLOT in an animated movie!!! *faintage*
Anyways, just needed to drop a line saying the scum who owns the house we're renting has decided to sell it out from under us and we're moving in ten days. So...................... We won't be around much for a wee while. I'll try to get on and do the B'day thingos, but if they're late...... *shrugs* It won't be the first time xd .

xD I already told Mara what I'd do to him, but I'm just not a very nice person.
I LOVE Ghost in the Shell, movie not the series. It makes no sense to me and I have the manga, but Shirow-san gets so technical. crying Footnotes everywhere about the science. Anywho. xD I Like little of everything.

Graceangel Angelique~Yuna i just started watching this cute/funny/ not serious series called Azumanga Dahioh........well it's kiddish, my friend lent it to me........and it makes me laugh......... xd Hey, i own all the mangas for that and 1,2, and 4 of the anime dvd's..... i don't consider it kiddish. redface It is hilarious tho! Mr. Kimura cracks me up... I love Tomo~reminds me of myself when i was in high school.. xd it was the first complete manga series i ever owned too.. and they had sort of recently started showing it on the anime network available on comcast through their on demand thing... it's great. I love it! get tomo, kagura, and Osaka together and it's just .. omg, you'll laugh your a** off kind of funny! i love it!! my favourite is Osaka, she makes me laugh sooo much......and when she dreamed that she accidently killed her friend chiyo chan (not sure on spelling) by taking off her pigtails........what a hoot!! ......and mr. kimaura makes me laugh so much....when he wanted to go swimming in the ephisode "pool, pool, pool".....oh it was soo funny.....yeah!! i'm so happy there are others out there that enjoys this series. mrgreen

Illiana_Galean *comes up for air gasping* Ragnarok has eaten my sooooouuulllllll!!!!! *drowns in a few more episodes* I soooo want to see that series it's not even funny... finally got my butt around to buying the first vol of the manga.. man! it was so great... i'm definitely using this as my tie over between fruits basket issues... as my sister and i have combined forces to get them all [mangas only cuz i already borrowed teh complete anime series from a dude at work who has it]-we now own 1-6... and 7 isnt' being released till 2/5 and 8 will be out in april... two months inbetween each volume is so cruell.. but what can we do when tokyopop is being such stingy butts? so, yeah.. i'll be OD'ing on ragnarok mangas in teh meanwhile..

Yes Yuna AD is interesting hehe. I saw those too.
Loki yeppers I love my on demand anime hehe. except they have pull dates now so I have like a week or two to catch up on some eps. *sigh*
Graceangel, sis and me are on that quest too lol. But inbetween we have tons of other manga we pick up and read. DN Angel, Imadoki, Girl Got Game, and more hehe.

In Japan, the volumes of fruits basket mangas go all the way up to 12 i think.... or, there's one for each member of the zodiac + the cat and tohru...

omg...i joined this guild called poll jumpers... and i just almost do nothing else but.. well, in one window i have them.. adn the other browser i do everything else.... xd even tho a guy who was in there made his own guild... and i might go to that one if the guy who owns poll jumpers doesnt' do something about the blatant spamming going on... cuz some of those people don't make topical polls... and some don't even have more than one option.. i mean, i know lots of people just poll for gold.. but, i do enjoy polling just as a means of fun about polling... and one girl in there named me the "private poll nazi"

I not one for anime but we recently got WinAmp Pro for jarred's (my Hubby) computer and we get to watchlive stream for ainme 24 hours a day....

I just got through with the Blue Seed series and the Princess Nine ones. I really loved the later one.

lunashock I love our Anime Network on Demand! I usually try and catch up one a week to see new episodes and stuff. I just got through with the Blue Seed series and the Princess Nine ones. I really loved the later one. oh yeah?? i seen PN in the listt... is it really good?? worth trying to catch the rest of episodes? i did get interested in chobits from watching it.
