The mage turned her full body back to the small pawn and took a look at the next spell. "Hm?" She tilted her head slightly sideways. "This one's written. Ver...Verwan-" Kate paused, saying the word in her head before saying out loud, "Verwandeln?"Child, that was German for transfo-Before the witch could finish, the two, Arron, and the corner were engulfed in smoke. Because she wasn't concentrating enough, the spell had gone wrong. The mage began hacking and coughing while trying to wave the smoke away. Seems like she was fine. Why didn't you tell me that before I attempted it?? I just started paying attention.Kate began searching around herself for the mechanic. "Arron, are you okay?" she said, coughing again. The smoke was beginning to clear.

Arron was taken by surprise when they were suddenly engulfed in smoke. However, he felt his body change & become smaller. His coughing grew higher in pitch. Once the smoke was clear. There was only a confused pile of clothes & a lump of something.

(It was a miracle I managed to troll Lucky with the omen recolor. I normally don't have enough for the really expensive items like what you're after.

Once things became visible again, Kate could see a pile of clothes on the ground where Arron was standing. Looks like he was the victim of a spell mishap. She rushed over and, in a panic, pulled away the clothes from where she could see the lump. She didn't know what to expect until she had uncovered him. Her friend was now a small dog. "Ar-Arron?! Y-You're a-"D'aaawww! He's so cute!

There was a loud whine from the mechanic turned pup. He was confused as to why he was small, but his mind had gone to "the dogs". It did not take him long to wag his tail at Kate & paw at her feet, wanting attention however.

So many things that were furry and/or fluffy in the room. A girl with bunny ears, and now a puppy, too. The mermaid was having a hard time staying to her resigned corner, she really wanted to go and pet them both.

(Most are afraid of her trolling abilities.) Just some extra luck hangin' onta the used bad luck. Not my favorite stuff ta collect.
(With good reason. Bes' watch out. She was tellin' me 'bout her bundle collection an' how she's in the process of sellin' it)
