Being hugged Sahara squeaked with glee. "WENDDYYY! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOUR HEAR!" She squeeled as she departed with her friend. "Oh my god, I MISSED YOU SO FRIKIN MUCH." She exclaimed as she sat down and put her bag down on her lap. She pulled out a Chrono Crusade complete box video set. "Just for you b***h, before I left to Ria. Didn't get to give it to you." She said as she handed it to Wendy. "I told you I would get you a gift for your birthday...Just a little early." She said roling her eyes.

Sahara got up. "Aren't you so excited!! We're at a frikin' high school!" She squeeled. "We're special! I told you!" She said with a laugh. "This is so exciting! We could go around running a muck and do everything that we used to do, but better." She continued, with a smirk. "WITHOUT ME HAVING TO DEAL WITH MY GOOD OL' BITCHY PARENTS!!" She said with a laugh. "Haha!" She smiled.

Oh Mi God, so much to think about right now! She stopped for a second, "Look what I got!" She said pulling out her Sony Laptop. "I was gonna use it so I could talk to you on MSN alot!" She continued. "Internet and all the stuff." She continued. So many things were going threw her head. Sahara could now beable to do all the things that she wanted to do with her best friend, without any problems. Yayness!

"You can talk if you want, I don't talk much, so go ahead." This was true, but he also liked the sound of her voice. It simply seemed familiar. "Alright, then follow me, okay?" He took the right path to the dorms, not cutting through the courtyard, but passing the Labs and Dance Hall. "So, what brought you here?"

In her right hand was a Foot locker, or a trunk. Her left hand, a bag, her own but still a bag, it was pitch black with the outline of a rose in red thread. Looking back and forth as she walked across the lawn she smirked. Her back pressing to the door as she walked into the hall. Her scaled feet slipping on the tilt but quickly regaining their hold. Walking slowly down teh halls she breathed softly. It was a nice fancy school, surpised the kids didn't have uniforms..

"Nice place, must say though, Hope they don't mind getting pushed around, wonder if they teach fighting, though they would probablly break a bone, or two."

As she spoke she snickered, she was meerly talking to herself, amusing herself.

"Grades..." She said, kicking a pebble, "My mother usually doesn't like what she sees on my report card, so everytime I get one, she'll switch me to a new school. Like it'll have a positive affect on my GPA or something. So, I'm usually the new kid. I'm kinda glad I got switched here though, because this is a really different school. I should at least be entertained for as long as I stay." Ash smiled a little after that, lossening up and forgetting some of her social anxiety.

Elliot walked slowly along the grounds of the school. As it turned out he was missing something, he favorite CD. He supposed he lost it when he first arrived and now decided that it must have been by the gates. Elliot was, as always dressed in a thrown together at the last second manner. He had on a long sleeve white shirt and some wrinkled old jeans. Though he couldn't find his socks that morning so he had decided to go without shoes.

Elliot's black hair fell loosely in his face as he looked around and spotted a group of people, not a large group, but a group non-the less. As he saw the people a little thought passed through his mind, and slowly took up the whole of his thought. He thought, he needed to meet people, besides finding his Lemon Demon CD could wait. All he had wanted to hear was his "I've Got some Falling to Do" song. He placed his hands in his pockets and made his way over at a slow but steady rate. His steps, while all at the same pace, seemed similar to someone who had just woken up and as he approached he smiled with a broad grin and greeted them.

Or he would have greeted the group, but he tripped over his old jeans, and fell to the ground, the irony that he was just looking for his "I've got some falling to Do" song was not lost on him. But he shook his head and stood up quickly smiling with a bit of embarrassment. "Wow the grounds uneven around here." He hoped that would cover for his trip, even though he knew the ground was very flat. "Hello, I'm Elliot, who are you guys?"
Elliot's voice was as friendly as he could manage.

The slender young woman tossed her violet hair lightly over her shoulder as she accepted her map from the android. "Thanks, Lilith," she said, her confidence revealed as much in her voice as it was in her expression and bearing. Victoria stood tall and straight, with all the poise of a born dancer.

As she turned away from the robot, she returned her headphones to their usual place over her ears, tapped the play button on the music player in her messenger bag, and bent to peruse her map. She looked up to esablish her bearings relative to the gates, and caught sight of Ash and Ryoko moving in the direction of the dorms. After a moment's consideration, she decided that she might as well have some company during the walk.

She strode over to the other two new students, taking off her left earphone and turning her music down as she did so. "Hey! Are you guys new as well? I'm Victoria, but you can call me Violet or Vi. You're heading for the dorms, correct? Mind if I join you?" She spoke rapidly, but not in an unpleasant way.

Wendy stared at the box in her hands and gasped for air slightly before squeaking and tackling her friend. "OH MY GOD, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!" The treasured box was left on the ground as she let go and grinned. Yay, she was with her friend again. Wendy hardly ever got to see Sahara. They just chatted over MSN because Sahara had gone off for quite some time...

But now she was with her! It made the brunette beam, her deep blue eyes sparkling. Hearing Sahara continue, she glanced in her best friend's direction. "...OH MY GOD! You're right! We're in a high school! Wouldn't it be cool if Ms. Lyndley actually taught here and she PRAISED US?" The pre-teen interrupted herself with a snort. Ms Lyndley? PRAISE? They didn't fit in the same sentence. Wasn't she the one who called Sahara RETARDED? This made Wendy grin wider. Memories, memories.

"Do you think we could share a dorm? Or is that impossible?" She murmured, almost completely unable to pry her eyes from the laptop in her friend's hand. A laptop. The b***h. But it was Sahara, so she didn't mind. If Niya got one, the brunette would finally have a reason to kill her. But Niya was in the past, and this was the present. She fell back into the grass and smiled.

"Did you come to Ria because of... a magical ability?" Her voice went hoarse as she said that last few words. If so, why hadn't she told Wendy? That's not fair...

"Heh, that's a bummer. I'm here cuz I can do this..." He stops, concentrating on his shadow, and starts moving on its own. He then moves it up, so it looks like a silouette of a normal person. He then stops concentrating, letting the shadow fall back down. "And I'm good with stuff that can cut you up, though I hate to even think of using that skill." He starts walking again, saying, "Sadly, an after affect of my lack of control over my powers is that I'm constantly depressed, and my self esteem was effected. So I get really mopey." He laughs a bit, he just felt better already. He didn't care how, or why, he just knew he felt better.

Shiori walked slowly up to the school. Gulping every couple of steps. The thought of not being accepted kept hidden in the back of her mind. This was her chance to change how she had been.

Slowly filling out the paperwork, so that no mistakes were made, it made her relax. Perfection, her grandfather said she had achieved that long ago. Her sword dangling from her side. She smiled and finished the forms.

Plain-faced as ever, she accepted her ID, and Map. She looked at the map, and threw it in her pocket. Photagraphic memories worked wonders when looking at maps. She walked around. Looking at all the new faces, memorizing each one. She was different, but she didn't care.

Sitting on some steps, she took out her notebook, and began to write. The pen forming each letter perfectly. Gliding to form the characters that were the ancient language. It was a pertection, so no one but her could read it in this school.

Anna walked through the gates to the school. She walked up to a desk holding her acceptance letter.

"Welcome to Ria High School please show me your acceptance letter so I may give you your student ID."

"Here you are ma'm." She said handing over the letter. She was handed a student I.D. She looked at it. "Finally a school that wont make fun of me for having cat ears." She took of her hat revealing two cat ears as she walked over to a second table with papers on it. She grabbed a map and other information papers and sat down in a near chair. She opened her hand an lifted her stuff to her making it sit beside her. She then opened the map.

A small smirk slid across her face as the sound of a fleshy being and some fabics hit the ground, ringing along the walls on the school. Well, someone fell. Shifting her weight on her right foot she turned a one-eighty. Her body bcoming lax as she scanned the otehr halls. Looking at a boy who looked as if his dirty old clothing had eaten him and spat him back out was near the ground. Walking to him slowly her talons softly clicking on the floor; she proped her bag onto her shoulder and reached out a hand to him.

"Careful..The floor has feelsing too you know. It gets walked over all the time.. I'm Crimson btw, nice to meet you..umm, Elliot I think your name was.."

She was totlly kidding, trying to make a joke out of it. She wasn't normally this friendly. While she leaned over a bit her long silk like hair fall over her eyes covering them.

Sahara sighed. "Well...There is a reason why I like Kaolla Su alot." She said. Sure, she addored the girl because of her high spirit, care free life; but also because she could do something that she could share with. "..Yeah your right.." She mumbled. "I control Gravity Defiance. Soo..I could like, jump really high, and do stuff with gravity." She said. "Hehe? Sorry I didn't tell you.." She said quietly. Then she started thinking about Ms.Lyndley. ...oh god. "She did say she was coming to RIA High is she?!?!" Sahara squeeled.

She got up. "Oi, just 'cause she called me mentaly challenged, along with one of the smartest kids in my class, doesn't mean she ment it. I got the class overall student award ya' know!" She bragged. It was a long time ago, but she was still proud about the award. It was only that thing that made her like ms.lyndley A BIT. Like, half a millimeter bit. The lady was a b***h, but she didnt' hate hate hate her. More like Hate hate. She sighed. "I'm atleast happy that she tought me. Like other kids." She said. It is true though... Sahara sighed once more.

"Well, now that we know that eachother is here. I'm gonna go explore the wonderful place of Ria. You could join me if you want, I have plans to go check out the place." She stated. Sahara wanted to start a new, along with her old personality of a split personality. She put her laptop back into her bag and stood up. "Your choise!" She said with a smile; putting her glasses back into her bag.

Sahara was filled with joy about not being the only one that knew her. She wanted to make new friends too, ones that are different like her. "Oh, and also, why did you ask if I had magical abilities? I mean, you do have to have those to come here..sorta...Well, most of the people here do. It's not like .. you have a ability too? Do you?"

Akari was fuming at the beginning, eyes firing up at the two. Her own hands were turned into fists, then she clearly thought better of it and began to rumage through her mind for spells. Her mental spell book vanshied in understanding, a silent giggle emitted. "Love...I'll let it go." Akari thought, smiling so slight that some may think of it as a sneer. The witch was still close enough to hear what Samako was saying, and a grin flickered by her face as she walked back to the ingured girl.

"Those two and just so cute! Who'd know? A gear and a mortal." Akari said, turning to Samako, realizing she'd begon to consider her as a friend. Of course, Akari, like many of her kind, didn't call people, humans, instead, using the ages old term, Mortals.

Ears pricked as Samako began to talk, "I suppose, it would have been better for you then me. Though I love using the feline ones. They're quite....intresting..." Akari's voice trailed off in a dreamy fashion, thoughts clouded. Then a laugh suddenly burst out from her, "You don't know the half of it. I remember I used to be walking around my town being half cat, half looking like me." Eyes shifted into another direction, "Mother never let me forget." A soft smile played on her lips.

"It's easy when you try it, as if your entire body is lost within itself, then coming back, but in a different form. Like some, mortals who die, chose to come back in an Afterlife." Akari had learned that in Egypt, chosing to go there then stay bored for the next decade. Of course, it wouldn't have made a difference if she slept for a century, and at times Akari wished she could.

A snort was heard from her. "Immortal. Pffh. It sucks. Thats all I have to say. Of course, I have all the time in the world....this time literally, but it gets boring after a while, when you've seen everything you need to see for the centuray, and you can never quite-" Akari cut herself off, suprised at the fact that she had talked so freely.
"All I have to say, it's not all it seems to be." Her eyes glistened for a second, and her fingers played in her hands as though she was marking down the numbers.
"I'm very young to those of my kind, extremely young, as though I haven't been born yet. 123. I've got forever to live." Akari said, chuckling softly. Looking at the couple, the girl and the boy...she wondered slightly if they knew each other long enough to actually be in love. She didn't think so, and a mental sheudale was lifted to the surface of her mind.
Eavesdropping would be wonderful in a place like this.

Seeing Samako's confused looked, Akari stayed silent for a while, planning to ask her if everything was alright when the seed seemed to turn a green light, and she watched with intent interest.
"Thats really cool, Samako...and....were you going to ask me something?"

Wendy's face flushed as her eyes widened, mouth agape. "A-ah! W-what?! That is t-to sayy..." She looked down at her hands, which were pushing her fingertips together. Her light brown hair fell over her widened eyes slightly as she opened her mouth to talk. "Y-yes... wind manipulation." It came out as a hoarse barely-whisper. The girl looked up with an apologetic expression. "I'm sorry. But thank you for this gift." She quickly hugged her best friend and went back to her hyper state.

"I heard this place has a hotspring... I always wanted to go to one. I need to go. NEEEEEEEEEEEED to." Wendy exclaimed, stretching the word 'need'. Her arms flailed as she jumped up and down. "I gotta. Do you want to?"

Sahara gasped in amazement " That is so frikin awsome!" She queeled. She smiled. "I remember, when me and you said that we should so go to a hotsprings, like in Love Hina, one day." She continued. "But...I don't feel like going anywhere right now. I just want to fade into the darkness..." She said with a yawn. "And by that I mean go to my dorm. Check it out, set up everything. After that I'll check my options." Sahara stated. "I hate it when I relax then go home to work." She said with another yawn at the end.

"The flight was longgg." She moaned. It was true, Sahara was a sleeper. Her mom would have to bang a bell in her ear just for her to wake up. "Oh, what's your dorm number? Mine is 679. Well, atleast that's what my ID said.." She said.

"You know..I wonder if there are any boys. Like Johnny maybe." She said with a smirk, then started laughing. "If there are I'm sure you'll meet them." She continued to laugh. ..Rawr...I wonder if I should attempt to make more friends..Well, it wouldn't hurt. So why not.

She sighed. "Well, anyway, you go ahead to the hotsprings and have fun. I'm gonna go to my dorm and fix up."
