I think my NPC would work well with doton-style jutsu to begin with, so Iwa seemed to make sense, and it seemed to be a village which needs activity if I'm not mistaken.

YES! If I'm not mistaken, Iwa actually needs a Jounin. So you could apply for that, or go the academy student route.

Oh, Koga. I was reading back a ways and saw you mention D&D. It's not all that important, but I just thought I'd mention that D&D role play is nothing like textual role play. In D&D you do all the dice rolling and decide what your character does and says, but in text RP you have to "Show" the actions, and motivations thereof. It's two totally different systems based around the same concept.

have you ever played D&D Hinote? I am not trying to be insulting but it most certainly is not just a simple roll of the dice and there you go. In a true game of D&D you have to visualize what your physical character is doing, and then vocalize said actions in detail and then and ONLY then do you cast the die to determine power of actions skill of actions and such. So you see you are correct the roleplay is not physically written down, BUT the nature of roleplay and visualizing an rpc's actions are very much the same.
On a side note, pride being taken out of the equation, I simply mentioned D&D as more of a joking additive to my extent of roleplay and how versed I was in the heart of roleplay. I never meant for it to have any substantial value within the guild I was simply personifying how much of a super nerd I really am.
Also on a totally unrelated topic Greg! I am writing the rp sample for the clan app as I would an actual rp post of mine so I hope you do not mind it being long detailed and in some parts rather boring, as I have heard it described sometimes.

xP Well he's a popular face for the show, so I pick them based off of popularity...the only one I didn't do that for was on the Iwa Village banner...no sense in putting Deidara...since he abandoned the village and all e.e
