I didn't hear that from either of you :'D Mizucon already came and went this year XD; And only my folks went. It was too small a con to bother taking all four of us. We only all went last year because it was like, Christmas day. I didn't go to Metrocon this year either ;3; Sorry guys. I *did* spend a week in Florida in like, March, to see a bunch of baseball spring training games though! But as to when I'd be back there... who knows?

You know... Vic was supposed to sing the national anthem at an Astros baseball game last month. I even had my phone set to remind me. But he had to reschedule. neutral He apparently does it relatively frequently... but this I've gotta see. Sadly though this weekend is the last home game so I doubt he's doing it before the end of the season. As for the cons... it depends on how things go. We go to sell things... that's my dad's company. So if stuff isn't selling, we're not as likely to go there. I'm not sure how he did this year though. Of course the entire con season has been really slow and low in sales especially compared to last year what with the economy the way it is etc.

Ahh, right. It HAS been pretty suckish recently when it comes to selling stuff, but HEY, if there's more people like the guy at Mizucon this year who spent $750 on action figures and swords, then things should go back on the upswing. xD~

Except we sell DVDs and it's sort of hard to convince fans to buy something that quite often they've already downloaded or they watch online for free legally or not. And even when they are interested in buying it, a lot of them gripe about the price. But we always have the lowest prices (other dealers gripe at us about that too but we're friends with them so it's all good :'D ) and it's just... honestly $60 for a series of almost 50 episodes? Come on! You could've easily spent that much on two volumes of it when it was out on singles! Why snob the thin pack of the ENTIRE SERIES?! Lemme tell ya if I didn't already have a copy of it I'd be buying Princess Tutu at $35! And if I weren't broke I'd be buying it anyways by the boat load and giving it to everyone I met on the street! *snarls* /mini rant But yes. Apparently Vic sings at the ballgame sometimes :'D
