@Angel: There are some pretty good movie soundtracks, but I like video game ones better because, if you actually play said game, it'll last much longer.
@Cherry: The name of the game is Nier (more specifically Nier Gestalt for the English version, Nier Replicant for the Japanese version, although that's not stated on the game cover).

I agree that history is something to love.
I actually care when I'm listening to the teacher.

NieR I've found is one of those rare ones where music is practically key to how good it is. The game itself in terms of story is actually a pretty emotional one...I can't remember if I had admitted it here, but it actually brought me to tears a couple of times, the music and timing of it part of what made it hit pretty hard >.>
As you might've seen, the view count on each song is pretty low...just did a search for the main theme song to Skyrim. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy that game, but it's music has pretty much little to no impact by comparison, yet that theme has over 2 million views...which makes me kinda sad >.<

There's a few game shops around here where I believe I'll be looking for NieR.
And you're right about the view number. I enjoyed the music without even playing the game~
As for Skyrim, I haven't played it, so I can't compare.
Maybe I should buy that, too.

From what I've seen, NieR has dropped quite a bit in price since I bought it, well worth it in my opinion. It's on both PS3 and Xbox, can't remember if there was a PC version though xP
Oh and if you're seriously going to buy it, I say be prepared to hear quite a bit of this at times xD
Oh and if you do, be sure to tell me, it's literally the only game I've gone through thoroughly enough to know most of the game, so I'm more than willing to help if you get stuck ^w^

It's a good thing that I would need to be at a friend's house to use his Xbox anyways.
