There was a group of - for lack of a better term- "bad guys" who took over the Nexus. This was the site of the final battle last night.

Too bad he got the wrong man, while the real monsters were running around. The mastermind, right under his nose. Now look whats happened. The Helicarrier? destroyed! The Fortress? Rubble. Big Blue? Missing. The innocent? Jailed. The REAL Perpetrators? Not brought to justice.
EPIC FAILZ.

They were pretty much killed last night, I'd say that's justice. If you're going to point a finger at Bigby for "not knowing what really happened", you'd better point that finger at mostly everyone in the Nexus. Only one person figured out what happened.
::rolls her eyes:: I'm in a great mood today and you're not going to ruin that for me.

Good guys? Bad guys? What a very strange and unusual place to see things in such black and white terms. *Hunter glances at the man in the yellow costume.*
And clearly the concept of "tone it down" doesn't exist here.
*He paused.* My name is Hunter Rose. And you two . . . fine individuals?

Supes figured it out. Nobody would believe him without "evidence". Tried to do something about it too, look what that got him.

*Hunter takes Snow's hand and shakes it with a chuckle.* Wolf. Bigby Wolf. That's amusing. Although, I must say. I know a Wolf. Argent. He's also an officer of the law. Works in New York City. Quite a vicious brute. He carries the city's blessing, but really . . . he's a savage killer.
Still, that is Argent, and I would not presume to paint Bigby with the same brush. Especially having never met the man.

Yes but Superman apparently always says it's Luthor even it's not.
::turns her attention back to the new person:: Pleased to meet you. As for Bigby, he can be pretty brutal as well. Maybe there's just something about the name Wolf, eh?
::smiles::

I don't suppose you'll hold it against me to call you Eobard? Professor Zoom sounds so . . . garish. I'll use the moniker if you insist, but . . . really?

Well, I can'rt speak for Bigby, but in Argent's case, he literally IS a wolf. Or very close to it. *Hunter paused for a moment.* if you believe his claims? He's a 400 year old Algonquin Indian, living out some strange curse.
To look at him, one might suspect he escaped from "An American Werewolf in London."

That does sound quite frightening, Mr. Rose. Bigby is also a wolf. He's the "big bad wolf" from the fairy tales although that is in his past. He's on the side of good now. Our kids also have inherited the wolf from their father. They can transform between their wolf and human forms which makes for an interesting household. The little scamps.

Which would make you the literal Snow White, woukldn't it? How delightfully unexpected.
Curiously enough, Mr. Wolf . . . that is to say Argent . . . also finds himself interacting with someone who is named from a classic tale in our fair city. His clashes with the terrible Grendel are the stuff of modern legend. Or . . . so the gossip goes, at least.
