l-lellboy *groans and sits up, getting up somewhat painfully, stretches his back until it makes a popping noise, and then reshoulders the heavy machine gun*
...gross, I'm glad I didn't do that vomity thing back when I wore that. *makes a face at Creed, then attempts to lay Bigby some covering fire by aiming as best as he can for Creed's head*
*looks over between bursts* You okay, Indigo?

*Creed punches at and slashes for Bigby's throat, more of his blood splashing onto the wolf. He creates a giant red spike on his knuckle and shoves it to impale Bigby.*

Oh, I'm sure it seemed like an acceptable risk. It was just a burnt little coaster that appeared in the Bistro one day. You even enticed Jaeger to steal it.
But I recovered it, and I destroyed it before you could see what it said.
You see, on one side, it said "A life is at stake. Do nothing. Trust me."
And on the other side, it said "We found her. 3-19."
I received this coaster on December 11th.
I had three months of prep time to plan for every contingency.

Victor Creed *Creed's Sentinel blocks the shots and vomits it's rage at Hellboy. It fires wildly at the enemy parties there, creating beast like constructs that rip and tear in the crowd.*

*manages to keep his gun clear of the acid wave, gritting his teeth with a grunt of pain as some of it eats away his jacket and the skin of his back, using the machine gun to clear out the rage constructs as he dashes again for the feet of the Rage Sentinel*

I studied these "rings" you're wearing to the point of exhaustion, Luthor. I know everything about them. Everything.
I divided my time between the rings and time travel, and I came to a conclusion as to the proper course of action.

*In his frantic rage and the attacks on him he needs to gain the high ground. He smiles at the dog as his creates a giant red blade and cuts his own leg off to drop the wolf. He rises in the air and flares again, focusing on creating a burning shield around him as thick and dense as he can. The bullets pass through and soon stop. He looks down and unleashes a constant shotgun blast of his rage, moving it frantically to burn anyone who attacked him.*

And I STILL got my ring back! I'm failing to see how this is some big "z0mg!" moment. So you may have some way to save your life, to save the Nexus from the horrible NegThree.
It doesn't matter. Because you didn't prevent anything. If you knew what was truly at stake, would you have let things go so far? Kal ios in the Phantom Zone. Is THAT a risk you'd have taken? IS IT?!?
