Zekk growled, "Your welcome to try." his ears were flat against his head, He walked past Moger toward Saylis. He stepped over the small fox.

Moger rushed at Zekk to tackle him to the ground.

Zekk turned and caught Moger by the throat, "Do you love Saylis?" he asked darkly. His lupine eyes dark even by the dim light of the fire. "Would you kill me just to keep her safe?"

Saylis continued to shiver, under the blankets she stripped down to her skin, Orial supplied her with a bit of decentcy giving her the long white t-shirt. She pulled off her boots, and curled up under the blankets.

"Deeply and for her I would kill you." Moger said not reacting to his grabbed throat.

Zekk released his hold on him, "Get some clothes on kid," He went over to Saylis and pulled the blankets from her. "Saylis," He pulled her up into a sitting postition, then changed into his wolf form and curled up around her.

Saylis groaned as Zekk lifted her up, as he turned into a wolf she realized he was much warmer than she was, she curled around the warmth, digging her fingers into his fur. She began to bring her body tempurature up.

Moger sat down next to fire once he knew Saylis was ok with Zekk being around her. He pulled on his pants and started to dress himself. Moger became a bit jealous of Zekk warming her up.

Zekk stared across the lake as Saylis continued to warm herself, trying to have her body be the same tempurature as his. His lupine body temp was higher than humans, he would have to lower her's back down slowly after she was warm enough. He looked over at Moger.

Orial found the connection to Moger's mind, I think he'll be fine for a while, just don't let him out of your sight so long as he's that close to her. Orial went over and sat next to Moger by the fire. Saylis wasn't sure of her own body tempurature, Zekk's using his own to lead hers.

Zekk shifted back into his human form, laid Saylis down and untangled her arms from around him. "I am no longer myself, Saylis was there and I attacked. Its that simple." he stated. Saylis' breathing had evened out, she was asleep. "You care for her you said," He brushed her hair out of her face, "Why?" He looked up at Moger waiting for an answer.

"She was the first to show me kindness and we were friends long before we became lovers." Moger watched Saylis as she slept. "Look at her, is she not the most beautiful creature you have ever seen? She has taught me so much and loves me back."

Zekk looked over at Orial, "I thought you said they wern't sleeping together, in that sense." He smirked, he looked down at Saylis, she murmured something in her sleep, Zekk sat up and leaned against a nearby tree, he whispered something and the fire grew slightly, "If you care for her that much don't be a fool and wait for anything," he whispered looking up at the sky, "If you do you are more likely to lose her." He was talking from experience with Shadow, "Make her yours before another can come along and take her from you." He slowly stood. "Don't worry about me hurting her again," Zekk stated as he walked away, "I'm leaving for some time, protect her for me. I'll return when I have control of myself again."
