You mean, if they were in danger(for example) their powers might do something random around the area they are in? And in various power levels? I mean, it could range from a flash of light to teleporting five feet away to making the ground open up. When you say puppet master you mean if someone gains control over that person(or just his/her powers) right? I'd be okay with the time limit there.

Yes, something to that affect for the powers. The puppet master I was referring to was the player themselves, so it wouldn't be excessive. This could also apply to in game characters as well who might gain control.

Okay then. I'm okay with that.
Anyone else in agreement with this? There's another matter of where this should take place. Should this storyline span both worlds or should we think of something special for Mythanos(since the Angel Eclipse is a Verspyan weapon)

I don't see a reason why it couldn't span both. The two worlds probably know enough about each other that people in Mythanos would know of the Angel Eclipse.

Alrighty looks like we're getting an agreement with this. So who wants to participate in this storyline? And who would want to be in with the draw for who gets the Angel Eclipse's powers? If you do, let me know here. If you have more than one character in the guild, please also provide the character name. Only one character from each player will be considered in the draw. So choose wisely! I will not be participating in the draw for who gets the power, but I will participate in the storyline.

One character will have the Angel Eclipse's power. There will be something they need to control their power, not yet determined. There is a limit on how much power can be used at one time. People want the something to control the character's power. I think that's what we've decided so far.
I suppose I'll put Lucy in the drawing to be the one character.
