::nods::
I see. I suppose you're planning on killing them to settle these accounts?

Actually, no. That'd be too easy. I'm just going to force the 12th level intellect to admit that he's been outsmarted.
And Superman is an issue to be handled with great care. He'd have more power dead, as a martyr than he does alive.

::steps from the shadows as the Witching Cloak's hood falls away from her face::
So that's what this is all about? You just want Mr. Dox to admit that you are smarter?

Doesn't all these seem a bit heavy-handed for such a simple goal, Mister Luthor? You killed Tad, framed Jaeger and Dox and your associate shot my husband all for just a juvenile ego stroking? Surely there is more to you than that.

"Simple" goal? That would be rubbing Fort Knox being called a "simple" robbery. Besides which, that wasn't my ONLY goal. Getting my property back was also pretty high on the list.
As for the rest? Bullseye and Sabretooth have their goals to enact, as well. Might as well seize the opportunity while we have it, no?

Yes, I'm sure someone as simple-minded as yourself would enjoy something like that.

::rolls her eyes::
One would think that you would surround your new "government" with better people, Mister Luthor. At this rate, you won't have any people or buildings left in your empire.

Heh. As you may surmise from the condition of Murdock's Gym, Bullseye also had some outsatnding accounts. I needed people who were driven, people who were skilled at what they did.
And LexCorp will be MORE than happy to aid with the reconstruction. Once the resistance has been removed.

But at what cost? What would be the point of reconstructing anything if there are no people left to inhabit these new buildings::
