Yay i finally finished the base colors and Digital inking for my character!! blaugh

I'd like some opinions and thoughts on who she should be, her powers, and other things like that.. and if you think the colors are weird and i should change them that would be helpful too since i'm thinking the colors don't look quite right. I really have no idea about any of this stuff she was just a drawing i started on.. and just went with it.

I wish i knew what kind of character she'd be.. judging from her appearance she seems to be kindhearted but that's not good enough..

she needs some sort of powers too.. and i need to deviate from Elemental powers.. since that's the most common theme with my characters.

I don't even have a name for her yet

*sigh* i've never been good at creating character profiles..
