(( Asian American actor Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead) told CBR TV today that he will be on “The Legend of Korra” (maybe in Season 2?)

"Oh wow, yeah. People are freaking out about that show. Were you an “Avatar” watcher when it was on?"

"I wasn’t a huge fan but my friends were like, 'You’ve got to watch it' and I watched it before I even got that audition and I thought, 'This is pretty good.' When the audition came through, I was like, 'I want this so bad. So bad.' Luckily I got it and it was a blast. It was so fun, really fun."

It's all in here, at the very bottom. Essentially the same thing I just said: [x] ))

"Really?" Kiah blinked at him, tilting her head slightly. "But aren't you one of the best Exorcists we have?" She wasn't trying to make the others sound weak or anything, but she knew for a fact that Kanda was probably the strongest non-General besides Allen. Who, for all intents and purposes, should have been one.

(( Sorry for disappearing yesterday. :c ))

"They have always favored me for one reason or another."

He knew the real reason they had always favored him. He was the scientific wonder, almost a prodigy. He doubted they would feel the same about him now. He didn't know how he had even been allowed to come back. He supposed that they would take anyone they could. They needed all the Exorcists they could get...all the easily expendable lives they could lay their vicious hands on.

"Things are different now. The war has evolved."

Liv smiled at his joking, "Don't be silly. You'll just have to make up for it double the next time~" she teased back before changing her tone to explanatory, "Oh, this is what we would call a 'picnic' " she informed him.

"Although, in France they call it dining 'al fresco' " she added after a moment, "In the open air."

Luci paid no attention to the adult talk after that. She didn't care what 'al fresco' meant or anything else of the sort. She was ready for her lunch and to play. All she ever wanted to do was play.

"Oh, thank you Mr. Mishka!" she wrapped her arms around his neck from behind and climbed upon his back, "Yes please yes please!" she squealed and wiggled at the prospect of traveling, "Are you going to take me there? Are there castles like in the stories as well? Princesses and Knights in shining armor?"

She held tightly onto him and rested her chin stop his head as they headed off into the midst of the grounds.

Liv followed in tow for a few steps before skipping up to walk next to the two. She continued to smile at the interaction between the them, "You can't expect something like that from him, Luci! What have I been telling you? You can't ask people to do all these things for you, it's impossible."

As they wound their way through the paths, they came to where the lightly wooded area started. The paths continued on through, but Liv stepped off the stone and into the plush grass. She felt her heels sink into the soft sod a little, but kept going until they had reached a dappled, shady area beneath a drooping Willow tree. She set the basket at her feet and bent over to open it, taking the first item that was on top: A gingham blanket. She unfolded it and flung it out so it fanned, letting it alight on the grass. She slipped her shoes off a little daringly, a twinkle in her eye as she stepped onto the soft blanket.

"Oh, that's nice," she was happy with the result, moving the basket onto the blanket before taking a seat, "There now. Let's have a picnic!"

((*Post punches Liv in the face.* <3))

Mishka was right; the weight of the child was nothing once had her hoisted high onto his back, her little arms wrapped around his neck lightly. He bounced her a little, testing the strength of the hold he had on her stocking legs, most of his arms eaten by the girls lace and petticoat skirts. The weight of her was comforting, finding it was all too easy to be protective of the child even if he had only known her for a handful of minutes. On his back and above the world he could make sure that if any danger came upon them he was able to deal with it first. It was a passing thought, arguably instinctual since he had never been in any real danger before.

"With arc maybe possible one day," he chuckled spinning around with the girl to give her piggyback ride a little more excitement, the greens of the forest blurring together as they turned. The emphasis on the tentative request was required; of course he would have no trouble at all with such ease of access to take both Luci and her mother to see Russia but he did not know them well. It was something for the future, perhaps, but he didn't want the child riled up. "For now, perhaps, I can find picture to show Ms. Luci. I have seen some castle, but not near where my home is. Many castles of God-- large cathedrals with spires as high as castle painted color like candy. They are very beautiful."

As they arrived at the picnic area Liv had chosen, he waited until the blanket had been draped across the forest floor beneath the willow before he eased Luci onto the soft safety of the checkered squares. As was proper for any guest, Mishka imagined this lovely willow tree her home-- a beautiful nymph perhaps, and waited until the mistress of the picnic had taken a seat before following in suit. Mishka easily slipped off his shoes into socked feet, settling down upon it with his legs tucked tailor position. "Thank you again for such wonderful surprise. Always full of wonderful surprise," he said, then shifted his gaze to Luci with a good-natured smile, "and brought along new wonderful friend for me to meet."

Luci couldn't stop giggling as Mishka swirled her in circles. She hadn't been spun around like that in a long time; It was something her father had always done, but it had been so long, "Don't stop don't stop!" she laughed and clung to him tighter.

When they reached their resting spot and he lowered her to the blanket, she took a couple dizzy steps and then flopped over onto her back. She kicked her legs, giggling a little madly, "So much fun Mr. Mishka!"

She had already gotten over the idea of him taking her to Russia for the time being. With the promise of 'one day' and a wonderful picture, she had been sated. She sat up and watched as he sat down on the blanket. Tilting her head to the side a little, she was confused by something he had said, "Castle of God...?" She had heard of God before, but not very much. She didn't know he had castles called 'Cathedrals' as Mishka had put them.

Liv herself had been a little curious about Mishka's religous beliefs. She had noted several times how he alluded to God when talking about various things. She herself hadn't ever been a very religious person; Her parents weren't, and so she wasn't raised around religion. It wasn't that she didn't know anything about it, she knew some things. But she wasn't sure how to feel about it all.

"No, the pleasure is all mine. Really," she smiled and reached to touch Mishka's leg lightly, backing up her words, "It's always nice to be able to spend time with such a good friend."

Luci lit up at the good-natured smile on Mishka's face. She immediately moved over next to him and tucked her legs beneath her, wrapping her arms around his arm, "We're friends forever now!" she pressed her cheek against his arm as she squeezed it before looking up at him with a large grin.

"Ah, yes," he chuckled, realizing that his words had puzzled the girl, and as she captured his arm he gave her a gentle cheek pat with his free hand. In the cool afternoon his skin was warm. "Many, many people love God, so they build Him castles to show Him their love where all can gather and talk to him and about Him," he explained, trying to keep his explanation simple but graspable by a child. He had no intention of imparting religious beliefs upon her, but merely answered her query. "In my country they are called sobor. Like church... but bigger. I cannot remember name used here."

As Liv touched his leg, warmth spread out from the spot where her fingers had grazed, his cheeks warming a little at the intimate touch. Putting little thought behind it, he placed his hand on hers and gave it a gentle pat before she could withdraw. "You have made transition to England much easier for me," he said quietly, his gaze meaningful but gone in a moment as he made sure to keep at least half of his attention on Luci. "I hope you also have easy time loving Order too, Luci."

Luci was intrigued by Mishka's words, soothed by his voice and the touch to her cheek, "...Why do people love him so much? Do you love him?"

Liv was a little surprised as Mishka rested his hand on hers. She warmed to the sensation just as equally as he had. His sincere gratitude towards her made her feel whole, and like she actually had some purpose. She was relieved to hear that his transition had been made easier because of her, even if it was just a small fraction. After meeting his gaze she couldn't help but turn her hand palm-up to curl her fingers around his hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. She didn't let the touch linger too long, and slipped her hand away slowly before going into the basket to start pulling out the contents.

Inside there were dishes for each of them, nicely folded cloth napkins, and the meal itself. She had prepared something easy to eat outside, not too sloppy. Sandwiches and a platter of fruit were a perfectly light lunch on such a beautiful day. She had also prepared a jug of freshly-squeezed lemonade, to make the meal perfect. And of course, she had several different sandwiches to choose from, since she didn't know what Mishka would like: Peanutbutter and Jam for Luci, Turkey and cheese for herself. For Mishka she had the same option, as well as cheese and onion, ham and cheese, and chicken breast with relish. They were all wrapped in colorful wax paper and tied with ribbons and labels.

"I wasn't sure what you would like...I hope that one of these will suit you. There's also fruit and lemonade to drink," she told him.

Luci immediately snatched up her own sandwich, neglecting the dish Liv had set for her. She tore into the wrapping and tossed it aside, taking a large bite into the soft, doughy bread. She was content.
