Khalid's attention was moved from Kira to something behind her, Atem, and Ryou. In the middle of the room Shadi stood silently, Bakura besides him. Bakura had a grim look on his face, though all of his previous wounds were gone. Shadi was emotionless, though not nearly as much as Khalid. "What do you need here? Your power has been passed on, Shadi. There is nothing more you can do, besides living a life as a mortal."
Shadi shrugged this off, closing his eyes quickly. "I was forced into that position when I was younger; you have chosen it willingly. So I now have no problem breaking what 'fate' says now that I no longer am tied to it." He said, a slight glint in his eyes. "I can still feel what you believed to be this 'fate,' showing what some invisible force tells you to do. So I can readily see who, in your eyes, is to live and who is to die. Who is important and who is worthless." He smirked, looking very much like Bakura at that moment. But Bakura, who was standing next to him, shot an annoyed look towards Shadi. It seemed that Bakura had almost been dragged into this.

Kira turned and seeing bakura grabed ryou gently by the arm pulling him beside her. "You look like bakura.." she looked to bakura "What you rub off oh him?"

Khalid was gazing at Shadi with such an indifferent expression, it was hard to tell if he was angry. But that became obvious when he pulled out the Millennium Key, pointing it towards Shadi. "Begone." He snapped, a beam of golden light coming from the tip of the key, towards Shadi.
Bakura, snapping to attention, shoved Shadi roughly out of the way, ducking to avoid the beam. Yugi, who had remained on the couch while the others were at the doorway, got hit full on in the chest, toppling to the ground, his body soul-less. Bakura growled deep in his throat at Khalid, eyes narrowed, though he didn't make any move forward, too fearful of the Egyptian's new powers.

Kira jumped slightly taking a big step backwards away from both bakura and khalid pulling ryou along with her.When she saw the light hit yugi she cringed looking to atemu.

Atem glared from Khalid to Bakura, wondering who to blame. Khalid for sending off the beam, or Bakura for pushing Shadi away, making it hit Yugi. Feeling a burning hatred towards Bakura, he went for that answer, focusing his glare on the tomb robber.
Bakura quickly scrambled to his feet, silent this whole time, keeping his own gaze on Khalid. But there was no trace of hatred on his face, none of his usual characteristics. He lunged towards Khalid, as though to ram into him, but the other Egyptian grabbed his shoulders, halting him to a stop before he could even touch him.
"Decoys will not work on me," Khalid said expressionlessly, gazing at Bakura, who was struggling to be let go of. Holding out the Millennium Key, he placed it lightly against his forehead, turning it slightly as though unlocking a door. There was a silence for a moment, the two of them seemingly frozen where they were. What took a long time in the mind was only about a minute in the real world. Soon Khalid moved away from the form in front of him, closing his eyes slightly. The person who had shown up with Shadi indeed wasn't Bakura, but was instead the false Ryou, his face arranged to look like the robber's. Khalid focused the energy flowing around inside of himself on his hand alone, and placed it gently on the Ryou's head, eyes still closed. Then he forced the energy to surge into the boy's body, using well too much for the body to handle. So it seemed to implode, as though his insides had completly burst. Blood splattered around the room and the body fell down, barely anything more than a bloody mess.
(Imagine it a little like what Scar from FMA does to his victims...)

Kira's eyes widen as she jumped "GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE!" she yelled her eyes wide still holding onto ryou.

Ryou was frozen. His whole body felt numb, just from the shock of finding out that the person who he thought was Bakura turned out to be some copy of him, and then watched 'himself' dye before his eyes. Killed-- murdered-- by Khalid, even. His grip on Kira tightened, and he had to force himself to stop trembling.
Khalid turned towards Kira, tilting his head slightly to the side. "You need to first take the Millennium Eye." He said, his mind still on what he had first come here for. He started to approach Kira, knowing that even Atem had the sense not to try and attack him. Shadi had hit his head, as he had fallen from the push 'Bakura,' on the wall, knocking him out. If Khalid could get Atem out of the way, the rest would be simple. Simple for him, at least. There would still be pain, of course, for Kira at the loss of an eye.

Khalid narrowed his eyes very slightly, but knew that his mind was made up. He knocked Atem easily out of the picture by another beam of light, also sending his soul to the Shadow Realm as he had done to Yugi. He was soon directly in front of Kira, his face softened a little. Since he had only been given these powers about an hour or two ago, it was a bit iffy for him. "Kira..." He said, his voice almost slipping into what it had once been. "I wish not to speak of fate to you; it is already clear that you have no belief in it at all. You must trust me, though. You will need this..." He removed the Millennium Eye from his pocket again, where he had stored it. "...for your life. You cannot be involved with other owners of Millennium Items if you have no form of proctection for yourself. You cannot rely on others. The item is calling out to you, I can feel it. And how the ring is with Ryou, it will make its way to you somehow."

Khalid's expression hardened into his previously cold one. "You truly have little choice in this matter. Whether you do it on your own will or against it matters not to me." He reached into his pocket and pulled out a dagger, the handle worn-looking. He shuddered slightly at the feeling of it, knowing whose it was before and who it had been used on.

Ryou found himself stepping forward, facing Khalid. He was over his shock, his eyes narrowed and his face determined, biting his tounge to stop himself from cringing. "You can't force that on somebody..." He said, his voice shaky and soft. "Abdone, please..." He felt odd saying that name instead of the one he was used to, but he knew that it would make Khalid listen to him.
Before Ryou could get anything else out, Khalid back-handed the boy, striking his left cheek harshle. He was overcome with the memory he had seen earlier, where his own father had down that to him. Over and over again... Ryou staggered slightly but stood his ground, gingerly rubbing his cheek where he had been hit. "I thought I told you, child," Khalid snarled, feeling anger bubbling up inside of him. "Abdone is dead! His father killed the child years ago. All that was left was a shell, and the very glimmer of a soul to fend for itself." Khalid laughed, sounding like Bakura in his laugh. "Of course my father never expected to see me-- Abdone-- again. He could've sworn that he had ridded himself of that curse of a child. But of course not... I came back." Smirking, Khalid looked down at the knife he held, knowing what he had done with it. Knowing that he had murdered his own father with it. Snapping back to attention, he glared at Ryou. "So that was the end of Abdone. He's no more; all that's left is an immortal being. Khalid." He struck Ryou again, this time on a pressure point on his neck to knock him out. He then faced Kira, Millennium Key around his neck glowing as he prepared a good amount of energy to stun her so this could be over and done with.

Kiras body was soon frose as she couldent move.Her eyes were wide and her body was trembling in fear.

"It will be up to you to get over the pain and learn how to control the item..." Khalid said softly, examining Kira's face, as though trying to decide which eye. He finally chose the left one, and cradled the back of Kira's head with one hand, the other holding the Millennium Eye. In one sharp movement, he forced the Millennium Eye into the socket, with Kira's eye still in it, unlike how Bakura had removed the eye from Ryou completly. "I'd reccommend learning it fast; Atem and Yugi's souls are still in the Shadow Realm." He said smoothly, as though nothing had just happened. Going over to Shadi's unconscious body, he slung it over his shoulder and left the place, offering no help of any kind.
