My children love rock music, and dance/techno music..
I listen to the launch.yahoo.com dance station at home, and the local rock stations in the van.. It's cute to hear a 4 year old singing various rock music. Although it's created some Drama when my husband likes to show off that to his uber-christian parents.. who only like to listen to country, or christian gosple music.
It took my mother-in-law awhile to get the point that we aren't raising the children christian, and that despite what guilt triping she does.. I'm not going to let her take the children to church just because she feels they will live a bad life without knowing jesus.. but that's another rant.
Anyway, my youngest really will dance to anything that has a good beat and that she can shake her little hips to. Daddy has taught her the fine art of shaking your hips/butt and dancing like you just don't care.. it's really rather adorable!

Heh I have some techno running around from my old party days.
Logan LOVES the cheesiest 80s music. Although ever since our trip on our vacation, he won't calm down in the car unless I put his headphones with his kiddy music on.
I think little kids dancing is so cute. Logan does like the maniac dance and ballroom dancing with me. He does get up and dance with Lazytown now!

Angelique~Yuna ohhh.......how cute!!...........i used to listen to techno too...... redface .......back in the boozin days........ redface 'boozin days' ?... you make alcohol sound like a phase to get through to reach adulthood... i know some people are seriously against alcohol. I'm not agaisnt alcohol at all, im against irresponsibility. and just for everyone... wink my favourite drink is '1 part whateveryouredrinking and 2 parts Responsibility'

Well that wasn't the best thing I heard this week. I just heard that a 12 year old boy, yes a 12 year old boy will be summoned to court for abusing and raping a three year old boy, and the mother of the 12 year old boy didn't do anything when she knew the three year old boy was being abused. Pretty damn sickening, and that 12 year old better get some help or something. Quote: Springfield Woman Held Without Bail in Death of Three Year-Old Boy SPRINGFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS (WWLP)-- Marisol Alverio is being held without bail tonight in the death of a Springfield toddler. The boy was allegedly raped and murdered by her 12-year-old son.Marisol Alverio is charged with murder and reckless endangerment in the death of Jeremy Rosario Milan, whom she was caring for. She pleaded not guilty to murder and reckless endangerment of a child in her appearance in Springfield District Court. Her 12-year-old son is charged with beating and raping Jeremy Rosario Milan a number of times in December. Alverio was caring for Jeremy while his mother was in Puerto Rico. District Attorney William Bennett told 22News the reason for the murder charge against Alvierio is that she knew about assaults against the boy and didn’t do anything to stop them. “The centerpiece of the allegations against the defendant was she was aware of the fact there been assaults on the child during this time. She left the child in custody of juvenile, there were serious assaults and despite that continued to leave child unsupervised with juvenile,” stated District Attorney William Bennett. Marisol Alverio will be back in court next Wednesday for a bail hearing.

omg... that is so awful!!! gonk what on earth is this world coming to when a twelve year old starts raping people...a nd little toddlers no less... omg. what on earth that little boy's mother has to be goign through.. leaving you child with a neighbor whom you think you can trust for some needed family emergency or whatever? and come home to find out he's dead??? geez... taht's so sad... very sad... man... i think that mother should go to jail.. i mean.. to have even allowed any of that to go on was just wrong. stressed

Mercae Killar Eris_Rose it is odd for me to read that some one eles has kids that are into techno...MY hubby was listening to some of his techno trance mix stuff that he has and jordan going nuts dancing around the living room yelling go daddy he even gave her a glow stick and turned off the lights We usualy have a mix of techno, rock, pop, tribal sounding stuff and chanting. the kids love the tribal stuff the best. Im not sure if tribal is the best term though, it sounds more like it would be a bunch of rowdy druids dancing to it smile i would go with the term tribal

Meh...haven't seen the anime, think the manga is pretty cute. It isn't my top priority when having to choose what to buy though (Alice 19th is...rocks my socks). I have read the first three so far. ^^

Angelique~Yuna i just started watching this cute/funny/ not serious series called Azumanga Dahioh........well it's kiddish, my friend lent it to me........and it makes me laugh......... xd Hey, i own all the mangas for that and 1,2, and 4 of the anime dvd's..... i don't consider it kiddish. redface It is hilarious tho! Mr. Kimura cracks me up... I love Tomo~reminds me of myself when i was in high school.. xd it was the first complete manga series i ever owned too.. and they had sort of recently started showing it on the anime network available on comcast through their on demand thing... it's great. I love it! get tomo, kagura, and Osaka together and it's just .. omg, you'll laugh your a** off kind of funny!
