Chun was silent again. Veru drew mental notes in his head. "So she can talk and heal injuries." He picked her up and placed her in his lap. "She might not be talking much since her voicebox is still growing."

Chun wasn't used to drinking water out of a glass and tilted her head. Veru got a bowl out and poured the water in for her. She drank it and began talking almost perfectly. "Throat better. thank you."
