Marcie just tanked the boy whit a smile, she took the hot drink unable to distinguish any flavor at all and yawned, she wondered how long would the boy be inside, was ace ok whit that other suit inside? She was at least awaken enough to distinguish that it was another suit of spades, she had not been able to see his rank though... she had said she would wait but maybe she should go inside, just to make sure ace was all right and not being slaughtered again.
((Sorry i didn't post much today, in my family we have this tradition of making pasta on new years and we have to start the day before because we do it from scratch and everyone is ought to help so yeah... Xd))

Tamwynne the elven ((i must be really stupid cause for the past 100 pages i couldn't figure out if the last Ace of Spades was a dude or a chick...which means....ACE IS GAAAAAAYYYYY!!!! *looks at Matt* You dun hafta worry anymore! ((LMFAO! That was my intention! cool The last Ace of Spades was a man, but that doesn't mean that Ace is gay wink . He could be bisexual OR love could have merely bypassed gender. ;D ))

I didn't notice your other post until after I responded. XD And I mentioned a lot that the last Ace of Spades was a man.)) Two swallowed painfully. "M . . . My . . . uh," his throat hurt. Was it his damaged vocal cords? Still, the persistent Two tried. "My sock . . . is wet . . " It was then that he remembered Marcie stabbing him in the foot. "My foot . . . is . . . wounded . . ." he breathed, painfully.
Two's head spun and his entire body felt hot. Why do I feel like I'm going to throw up?

Oh god! another knife wound? no wonder he got a fever, leaving a wound unattended, it surely was infected already, she would need to make the wound reopen for his blood to clean up the infection, "I see" Ace of clubs said in a calm voice, no need to alert the patient "You might feel a little feverish for a while, i will get you something to drink after i am done whit your foot"
ace of clubs removed both shoes, the right sock was wet and sticky so the wound should be there, she cut the fabric surrounding the wound area, the fabric had been soaked whit blood and pus so it would need to be removed with special care, she removed the last pice of fabric slowly which made pink and white filament of some sticky combination between the infection pus and the half dried blood rise, it was quiet a nasty sight but she didn't show it on her face "I am sorry two, this might hurt a little, try not to scream or you might hurt your troth, you can bite into something if you like" She finished removing the fabric and rinsed the infected area proceeding to reopen the wound whit her sterilized scissors afterwards.
Marcie decided to open Ace of spades door a little just to make sure he was not being killed, maybe this was a new two and she had just led him here with no questions, it would have made her efforts, and Matt's, pointless. But when she opened the door her eyes widened, why was Ace of spades crying? All the restlessness she felt suddenly when away and where replaced by anger, she opened the door and her eyes shot dagger at the boy next to ace "What did you do to him?" Marcie shouted unable to move for the moment being

(Sorry for not being able to post in a LOOONG while. I was busy with my relatives. Not even at my own house. Just using my cousin's computer XD. And XD Serene, you're too much of a tease)
Three's head snapped to the girl yelling by the doorway.
"I did nothing, miss. If it's Ace you're worried about, he's just in...an emotional trouble. I have no intentions of harming him whatsoever." Three explained, hoping that would calm the troubled girl down.
Three sighed, patting Ace's back once more, before letting him go.

((I'm on the same situation as you lyka, but i have been helping cook all morning long XD))
Marcie seemed to calm a little by three's comment but she was not about to believe he did nothing, if Ace was having a emotional breakdown it was surely triggered by the boy next to him.
For the time being Marcie just forgot about her own emotional instability and decided to make her way to Ace's bed, she sat in the opposite side to where three was and hugged Ace gently, caressing his hair slowly with one hand as she whispered soothing words "All is going to be all right, don't worry, i'll help you out, i promise" she really didn't know what the problem was but she had no one else to help anymore so even if it meant loosing her own life she probably wouldn't care at the moment.

Ace gasped lightly, recognizing the voice as Marcie's. Despite crying around her, he wrapped his uninjured arm around her, weeping into her shoulder.
"M-Marchy . . . I'm confused . . . so confused," he sobbed, gripping her shoulder tightly and crying harder. "I want . . . everything to make sense . . . please, help me!"
Two gasped, the sudden pain striking him. He bit his lip, hiding his cries and groans. What the hell? It hurts! Two clenched his fists as the sharp pain in his foot became sharper. He tasted a bit of copper on his tongue, realizing he bit hard enough to draw blood.

(Awwwn...I feel bad for you, Excel...today, I had to miss my fave movie, RENT, to go to my cousin's house...it was sad...)
Three was confused too.
Aren't suits supposed to forget everything before the medical check? Then why does Ace have dreams about his distant childhood? And why am I having strange migraines that leave me hazy after?
There is something wrong with the suit system...Ace is right...and they have to find out before everything becomes more tangled up.
"Ace, I suggest you stay here and get better until they call for you. Everything in Wonderland is quite messed up. Maybe....just maybe....I can try and observe things from afar for your behalf. I am under you after all." Three said, not knowing what to do with Ace's condition.
"If I help clear this up, you might be able to clear your head..." Three said with a thoughtful sigh.
(Poor Three doesn't know how to handle emotions...
Three: your fault you made me like THIS!
Me: yes, yes...I am quite evil twisted )

((don't worry lyka, it's quiet all right, it's a family tradition: help cook new years dinner or you don't eat Xd sorry you missed you movie though *sad face*))
"I'll help you somehow, i promise, we'll figure it out together" Marcie said stroking Ace's hair soothingly and then taking his chin whit the other hand to make Ace look her on the eye "I promise" she whispered for him smiling her most dashing smile in days, she felt like hugging Ace could make it all right for her somehow, like helping him would fix her even if just a little. she had hear all of three's word but felt they could discuss that later.
Ace of clubs let the wound bleed out all the pus and the infection that was making the beginning of the fever, had this been attended on time the area wouldn't bee this swollen but being as it was and with the pressure of the shoes all night Two's foot was in a pretty bad shape, after two minutes of bleeding she rinsed the foot with water and then applied hydrogen peroxide to sterilize and dressed the wound immediately, when she was finished she sighed "I'm sorry two" She truly was,she moved the infirmary's bed back in to a half sitting position to feed two some liquids, the boy was going to need them "I am sorry" She repeated getting close to him and kissing his forehead "Really" she barely ever made mistakes so this made her feel rather guilty, she smiled at Two before turning around to get a pack of ice so that the swollen feeling in Two's foot might go down, and maybe some cooling pads for his fever.

(aww...poor you..and ace of clubs...and two...and ace..and marchy)
Three smiled at the girl and Ace. Three knew this girl would eventually help Ace put himself back together...
"Please excuse me, for I must leave. My duty here is done. Try your best to survive." Three slightly bowed and headed for the door.
"Goodbye Ace, young miss..." he said as he left the hospital.
Three went outside, breathing in clean air he longed for. He now walked back to the looking glass, and prepared to go back to his world...

Marcie looked at three for just a split second before turning her attention back to Ace of spades, she just smiled a little and let three go, it was better for now.

(LOL I know, eh?)
Three went through the looking glass and found himself back at home. He walked around casually, not bothering with time wasted, unlike what he usually does.
He walked in the hospital and went to the infirmary. He walked in, slightly relieved that Two is conscious.
"Hello Ace of Clubs, Two...how are you doing? Did I miss anything while I was gone?" he asked.
