Yatsumoto's eyes nearly bulged out of his head at the sound of the voice coming behind him. He knew that voice only too well. He turned around to see someone he knew quite well indeed. "M..M..My Lord Conseler!!!!" He quickly bowed to the Lord Conseler, almost falling over in the attempt.
"That will be all, Yatsumoto-san. You can leave now."
"When did you get here, my Lord?"
He smiled, "About the time you finnally got that letter from the Emperor out and over to this young man." There was a slight hint of amusement in his eyes as he saw the expression on Yatsumoto's face at the realizaion of not noticing him untill he spoke up. " Now, you may leave for now. Wait in the hallway untill I come back out."
"Yes, my Lord Conseler."
And with that, Yatsumoto bowed again to the Lord Conseler and to the young Lord at the table and backed out of the room, not turning around untill he was out of the room, almost bumping into another man on his way out.
The old man gave a soft chuckle and, regaining his regal composure, said, " And now to bussiness, what questions do you have?" His eyes giving off a warm, almost avuncular light and understanding.

Arashi quickly scaled the top of the office and sat there.
"So this is where my dad died..." He said sighing since he never knew him.

Blood's clone apeared behind Arashi and said "So... how are you...?" Blood then walked around the top of the office

Due to the instability of this child Blood's clone readied a exploding tag just in case then Blood's clone said "So this is where your dad died? I heard you say it..."

"IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!" Arashi shouted then spotted the exploding tag.
"you will kill me too...Just like the rest of them...why is it you all want us dead!" Arashi shouted as he pulled out both of his katanas and threw one at blood.
Arashi also was wearing red this day which was different from the blue one he wore.
((sorry I gotta be random...note we on the roof if that thing goes boom we fall out))

Blood's clone thought "Good think im a clone...." He then jumped to evade the sword and then he put the tag right in front of Arashi and then he puffed into a hot smoke

Hisashi entered the office of the Kage, and saw Kiyoshi. There were people that he didn't knew, so he just stood in, waiting for the Kage to call his attention and ask him why is he there.

Daisuke appeared masked and took out a kunai and sliced the tag, saving the lives of the innocent inside and out. He got off from his neil and looked at the boy through his mask.
"Are you ok, kid?"

((Sorry for the lateness everyone. Been having problems IRL))
Kiyoshi looked at this new man and only one question came to mind. "Who are you? I'm sorry but I have never heard of any nation outside of the Great Shinobi Nations" He said, since hearing for anyone outside of them was unheard of.

((Damn....time to fly into the sky....))
Arashi noticed but it was too late all he could do was cross his arms like what Mifune did and he was sent off the end of the building.
As he fell out he used his katana to drive into the wall of the building to try and slow himself down due to the speed the right hand which he used to hold on broke and he fell to the ground.
Luckily he slowed himself enough to live through the ordeal.
He willed himself to get up and took out a kunai.
"When I get my hands on you Blood I will rip off your head." He mumbled as he walked.
