"we are you're guardian and her's is gone, poor poor Raygon, outnumbered by thousands and trophy kiddanapped by savages." Scope sasy and Lakom says "Well ,Flora on down were traitors along with Vega and we diposed of them." he says calmly. Scope gets a lock on Raygon and follows it.

after getting her journal out of Drif's hands, she tossed it on her bed and out of reach before getting back to her feet, facing Nerd again before doing her own emergency plan besides Scope's idea. she raised her hand and with one quick motion, brought it hard across Nerd's cheek. thats right, she actually slapped him. "Im sick of your denial and it's got to stop!! The men on this ship, these a**-holes excluded, are family and without you they're lost!!" she cried, tears of frustration in the corners of her eyes.

"Yeah, even though it's your ship!" Zelly cried back. she gave an exasperated sigh before continuing. "Im not just trying to keep you from leaving, im keeping you from getting yourself hurt or worse trying to take out the assassins that'll keep coming after you!!"

Vash slowly took the wraps off his hands. On one of his hands was a tattoo of swirling flames that was giving off a slight glow. His family ghasped and looked on Vash with amazement.
"Vash, you did the trials on your own? Oh my god! You chould have been killed! I'm so sorry we chouldn't have been there to help you along your way. But wait. Why do yoiu have the mark covered anyway?" His mother asked, exclaimed twice, and asked again.
"It gave me away when I was hunting. My prey whould see the glow from miles if I had had it uncovered." Vash said.
The olny other person in Vash's entire family history to recive "The Mark" was his faher, and his father had his family there to help him. Right between his father's shoulder-blades was the same mark as the on on Vash's hand.

"Thats not the point here, dammit!" Zelly cried. "Even if you did bring it back to being a regular trophy, it's just going to be like a wild animal!! I was the raptor, i just couldnt remember anything...And would you quit it already?! scream " she finished, snapping at Drif.
