Aizel let out a great, shuddering gasp when he saw the vampire with the syringe, and jerked back, out of Lella's reach. Four walls jumped up, surrounding him, blocking him from sight.

Only one wall receeded back into the ground, the one directly in front of Aizel, and as it slowly disappeared, his white face could be seen peeking out. He was huddled into a little ball, tightly hugging his legs and shaking.
