If ya gotta get rid of that rage then beat the crap out of a punching bag instead of lobbing a bucket of bricks at someones head. Usually if ya hurt someone with your ire it just brings guilt and shame, which just takes up more mental shelf space. Here's some advice I got from experience. If you have to chuck things around to settle your rage...don't go for the glass objects. sweatdrop

When I was little I found bottles in my alley, and my friends and I smashed them against a wall.

I thought glass was scary when I was little...cause I saw sombody touch a broken shard and started bleeding so easily o__o So yea...I stayed away from glass things....aside from drinking out of glass...
