 ●● Maximus ●● A shy chuckle escaped. "Good memories, I suppose."This was one of the few times he was glad to be a vampire and didn't have to worry about blushing. Although, before he could manage to ask the same question back, a big husky vampire was now in front of him. His eyes drifted to the vampire as his smile stood concrete. He laughed lightly. "Old vampires with old habits."He thought to himself as his smile grew. "Hello, Michael. I'm Maximus and the pleasure is mine." He said as he drew his hand out to shake Michael's.

 (see's michael walk towards her and max) "so, whats up Michael?" (hears a meow on the other side of the bar, looks down.) "aww how cute a kitten'' (the kitten jumps up on to the bar and jumps and to Lucy's lap, and lucy begins to pet the kitten)

 Zara smiled brightly, putting her hand to the door handle and turning it slowly; remembering all the exciting and hilarious things that had happened inside before. Opening the door to the bar, she let her eyes roam quickly to see if she could see any old friends. It had been a good amount of time since she had been here, but she hadn't changed much, only the length of her hair. Her heart froze for a second as she picked up on Max's scent. Looking around quickly trying to pinpoint where he was.

●● Maximus ●● Max's eyes followed Lucy's and saw the cat she mentioned. He was surprised to see the cat jumping on her lap for affection. Cat's usually hated him. A soft wind blew on. Within that wind Zara's scent was carried to him and his head shot to the side. He couldn't believe it, Zara was here. In less than a full blind of an eye she was in his arm. He hugged her tightly as he straighten his back and lifted her up. His mind was quickly fluttered with memories. "Hi." He whispered softly, still not letting go of her small body.

Looking around quickly Zara hadn't found Max yet. Until she felt him squeezing her in a tight hug, and her feet lifted off of the ground. Quickly hugging back she put her head into his chest hoping to hide the fact that she was blushing, even though it was quite obvious. Picking her head up she looked him in the eye; smiling her crooked smile. "Hi" She giggled lightly. Looking up at him she couldn't help but smile and hugged him just a bit tighter.

He couldn't remember the last time he didn't mind showing his fangs. xoxoxoAnother embrace. xoxoxoHe squeezed her tightly and softly kissed the top of her head, still not letting her get away from his embrace. "You're a bit late." he said, a chuckle followed. xoxoxo"So, what have you been up to?" He added, trying to sound casual as he loosened his grip on her slightly.

She blushed lightly at the kiss, and listened to his voice, the smooth tone of it was still so soothing. She smiled lightly "I'm not late...I'm just not early."She replied, giggling lightly and listening again. As Max finished his question his grip loosened a bit and she slid down his body until her tiptoes could hold her up. Still keeping him in a loose embrace, she laughed lightly, "Basically nothing all that important, to be honest. I've been bored, and lonely." She smiled up at him "and you? You must have been on some fabulous adventures." she winked up at him.

♥ Maximus ♥ He laughed lightly at her comment. "Adventures? Hmm..." He laughed again. He wasn't sure what to say, but honesty wouldn't hurt. He wiped the bottom of his lip lightly before locking his arms around her. "I have traveled, but nothing out of the ordinary. Rather than looking for trouble like I used to-" he smiled and then continued, "-I just read mostly. That and I've learned how to use my abilities better, but that's just about it. Pretty boring now that I say it out loud."Max chuckled and then leaned in and softly nuzzled her. "...but, I'm sure you've done more than just be bored and lonely."

Zara bit her bottom lip lightly, while looking up at Max's soft pink lips, as he wiped his bottom one. Blushing lightly she looked away and then slowly looked back up at him. "Awh, the traveling must have been amazing." Her face brightened "You- no trouble... hmm" she laughed lightly as memories of all the old times in the bar flashed through her head. Feeling him nuzzle her softly, she smiled brightly up at him and curled into his body; then leaned back again, to look up at him as she talked. "I did read a little, but I have gotten a lot better at reading minds." She paused to take her right hand and place it gently on his temple. "I would be careful if I were you" she laughed and then pulled her hand back from his temple and wrapped it around his waist hugging him tightly; "I really did miss you Max"

▀▄ Maximus ▄▀ Maximus kept his smile up which wasn't hard, what was hard was keeping it under control. He listened to her talk attentively, but laughed when she mentioned her ability. "Hmm.." He said playfully, trying to keep a serious face. "I'll keep that in mind." His smile resurfaced, but dimmed down slightly. "I've missed you too. The decades weren't the same without you." He leaned in again and rested his forehead against hers as his eyes closed. Unexpectly, he went into his clingy phase with her and pulled her in closer.

Zara sighed lightly, enjoying Max's touch and voice again, after all the decades. Her smile dimmed with his, and she leaned up, standing on her tippy toes, to put her forehead to his easier. Zara let her eyes roam to Max's lips before closing her eyes as Max had done. She felt as his arms pulled her in closer, her eyes still closed and she couldn't do anything but smile. Her arms, which were wrapped around his waist, tightened around him.

▀▄ Maximus ▄▀ Maximus found himself being shy right now and he couldn't explain. He knew how ever, if he had a pumping heart it would be beating a mile per minute. Let out a deep sigh. "I want to kiss you..." He thought. He was hesitant this time around, it had been so long since their last encounter that this time he was scared of pushing her away with being too forward. He softly began petting her back. "Can I? ...If you don't mind." His hands stopped at the middle of her back and his eyes partially opened to see what her reaction would be.

Zara froze, nervous excitement building up in her stomach, as she heard his thoughts, loud and clear. She smiled softly, pausing a second before answering, so her response would come out calm. His hands roaming on her back were as warm and smooth as his voice. She moved her head slowly up and down, indicating a yes as she sent "I'm all yours." She smiled softly, eyes still closed and arms still wrapped around him. After all the time that Max had been away, she wasn't planning on leaving him alone for a while. Moving her hands from his waist she put one on his upper chest and slowly slid the other one around his neck stopping at the edge of his hair to play with it in her fingertips.
