Akai says slowly, while he made the single hand seal and then moved his hand towards the ground in the means of pushing himself back up, instead of him rising to his feet in this fashion, his hand vanished in an instant, a moment later without even a sound, a black hole opened up behind Akai's opponent and the single palm thrust from Akai would connect into his opponent's gelatin back. Liquid base or not, this attack would settle the playing field indefinitely. Akai smiles slightly, the unexpected and rather sudden attack from behind would be enough in order to cause the placement of the seal even upon a gelatin body such as this. The seal being that of the Forsaken technique, which would instantly force all other forms of attack to be unable to be used. The only style of attack would be that of Taijutsu from then on, meaning their doujutsu would be null, their liquid base body would become null, and the way Akai figured it. The ability to be completely immune to his abilities on top of that. Akai glares outwardly, drawing his hand back and rising to his feet while he casually draws the crescent shaped blade that hung at his waist. Raising the blade upwards, the then slashes down, sending the multiple blades that were interconnected in order to create this one weapon known as the Jakotsutō, and it's terrible power that it possessed. With one swing the snaking blades could dice through an opponent and leave them standing there as small strips of uselessness, just the way Akai intended it to go right now.

Something that simple shouldn't be even allowed to be attempted in the Shinobi world. A slight reflectiveness on Akai's cold gray eyes would reveal that he did in fact have his Chakra Contacts, which not only would help him with the shots of chakra that had gone in his direction, but would also help him track the enemy down as they attempted to conceal themselves. As such, the ability to notice and track projectiles was a simple task when all Akai had to do was crouch there and watch, as the chakra blasts came his way, his entire body adjusted the accurate amount in order to actually narrowly duck through both blasts by the means of moving forwards into them and then ducking directly beneath the aimed blasts in order to have them shoot over his head. His gaze soon leaping back and forth with the scattered pieces of slime base that were in the area. For the most part, it wasn't too hard to figure out how this sort of thing would work, everything still primarily unfrozen would be the enemy. Akai's gaze shifted from one piece to another, the lowered temperature in this environment would cause a standard liquid base to freeze almost instantly, as such it would be frozen long before it hit the ground, meaning as Akai shifted through the majority of the different projectiles launching in a few different directions, the one that caught his attention was the one set that had not frozen in mid air upon destroying itself. And this was the set he was going to target in order to fully destroy his opponent. Keeping in stance the way he had as soon as he had dodged the chakra, Akai simply thrusts his bone into the ground, a second later bone would erupt on all sides of the fallen ooze like opponent, this bone sealing itself air tight around them like a cage, actually merging with each other in order to create a perfect air tight means of a cage. This was the Dance of the Bindweed technique, which would place the opponent within a complete pyramid like prison in order to completely finish them off without any real issues. As soon as the opponent would be able to be trapped within this cage, a limitless amount of bone would jut out from the walls of the cage, filling the entire cage with spike upon spike of bone meant to completely pierce and destroy anything that would be trapped inside. Akai himself was already on the move as soon as the original bones were summoned from the ground, glancing once at the Bracelet on his wrist, as it quickly formed a 3D environment like hologram over his arm, which would point out the location of anything in the area, including his opponent, and as such allow him to confirm the entrapment of his opponent, should they not be trapped, Akai would already be on that little detail. The next stage of Akai's idea would come into play, since he did not possess a flute, or a guitar, or any other type of musical device, he actually constructed a slide whistle of sorts out of pure ice with the use of his Frost Heart. With this whistle, he rose it to his lips and then blew into it, in order to use the Oto Soujuu Karui (Sound Control Minor) technique. With this technique, and by pulling the slide of the whistle, he actually increased the volume of the sound to such a length that it was not audible to the human ear any longer, and continued to stretch this length further. The point of this technique was to actually displace the water slime base in the opponent's body, causing it to rapidly shake and begin to separate from itself from the height of the frequencies that were rocketing through the area. In this way, if the opponent were to be trapped inside of the cage of bone, the sound bouncing around in an echo off the inside walls as the bones shot in would increase it almost ten fold, and likely completely shred the opponent apart into small useless droplets that the ground itself would absorb, killing them almost instantly. And if outside, the sound itself would tear the opponent into slightly larger droplets, giving them the ability to still reform their mass together, but at a heightened difficulty, as well as allowing him to freeze the excess parts of their body that was not able to connect to the true portion, thus killing off the opponent at a slightly slower pace then he would have liked, but still destroying more and more of their body at the same time.

Akai did not waver upon his attack missing, he didn't even react to his opponent speaking or mentioning that he should have done something different, to be honest, the ice in the area twisted and warped with the use of his Orochi. That poor Meliae soul was instantly frozen over, that was for certain. But now that the body was ice, the ice itself was twisted and torn apart, separated into small pieces that continued to break itself apart until even the molecules of the body itself wouldn't be found, a strong power to be used for sure, thanks to the use of the Ice Orochi. Of course this wasn't an attack, only a follow through with the effects of his abilities. Akai released the whistle in a moment, as the wind funneling through it picked up and started causing the wind to become louder around the whistle, with the use of the UindoSouran: Wind Manipulation technique, the whistle would be brought high into the air, and then forced to continue working as if Akai was breathing into it, but at a stronger strength of sound. With the use of the previously activated Oto Soujuu Karui (Sound Control Minor) technique, making it so that the sound itself would not even reach Akai's ears in order to effect him, the pure sound was being used to greatly disorientate the opponent, and prevent their total ability to concentrate on jutsu and other harmful tacts. Continuing with the use of Wind Manipulation, a full forced blast of wind was struck into the ground, sending up a large blast of debris in the opponent's direction, as Akai casually shifted his footing, the bone he had risen up previously, would extend a small distance more, negating it's ability to correctly merge with itself and causing the entire presence to shatter and begin to crumble to the ground. Instead of crumbling correctly, it suddenly would actually move upwards into the air with the use of the Bone Art: Wind Shards technique. Thus the bones in the air would take flight, and then suddenly shoot downwards in order to attempt impaling and piercing through the opponent in seconds, the bones in the air almost invisible, due to their small and dangerous size. Although this was not a technique, but an actual retaliation to the bones of his attack being broken up, Akai chuckles and moves forward swiftly, leaping slightly to the side with the creation of a single hand seal, half hidden at his side, before he would shift the weapon known as Jakotsutō with a single diagonal slash, aiming to dice away at an odd angle and rip apart everything in it's path, in this way he would severely limit the ability to dodge that his opponent possessed.

The successful defense to the attack of the shards of bone that were slamming downwards with such piercing velocity wouldn't be able to defend as well as if they were the second or third time through. It wasn't exactly a decent thought to deflect in that way, each deflection actually broke the bones further, causing them to enter a looping effect of smashing into the defense over and over until they managed to break through. Akai chuckles, with the bone shards cutting in half with each strike that deflected them, they would actually multiply and begin an almost endless loop from shards that were rather easy to notice, to shards that could hardly be seen and even more lethal. Of course his weapon wouldn't fare so well at a continuous sweep, instead the weapon would simply crash into the sphere, and arc over it with a rotating strike that would send it around the orb before returning to the true blade once again. Akai had no decision whether he should allow his opponent to continue on as they were, he did not plan to have them simply become able to think up a plan in order to enter the offensive. Grinning, he cracks his neck, the immense sound entering the battle field would intensify, and the best part was, this was past the point of a simple sound you heard. This sound would actually be shooting into the inner ear drums, which everyone had. Causing the entire inner ear to rattle and shake, making the sound be produced through vibration through the remainder of the head and increase in polarity. Headaches, dizziness, lack of balance and blurry eyesight were only a few of the symptoms that would come of such a severe tone echoing through the area. Further more, Akai would draw his weapon back, and then chuckles and raises his hand in order to make a single hand seal. This hand seal would in fact activate the Cloak: Art of Threatening technique, and although Akai was only standing there, the feeling that an attack was going to come from a location that Waijen was somehow not blocking, would become completely intoxicating. And with the combination of the sound in the air, playing off such a frequency as to induce the effects that it was, this one threatening though could in fact envelope the mind completely, and cause it to be the only thing one could focus upon fully. Akai grins now, his cold gray eyes peering forwards towards his opponent while he adjusts the grip upon Jakotsutō. The best part was, with the opponent suddenly using their mask like that, two things would instantly take place that would not suffice in restricting Akai at all. The techniques known as You Don't Know Speed, and You Don't Know Strength would activate. Causing the opponent to believe that they are in fact becoming weaker and slower instead of stronger and faster with their chakra increase from their mask. Even if they had increased in chakra, their abilities themselves would appear to have decreased, and as such their already damaged mind would become even more confused, with their effects actually appearing to reverse in idea and make them weaker. Of course these were both Genjutsu, but the funny thing about this Genjutsu was there was no real activation to show that they were done. They would simply instantly activate as soon as a technique was used to enhance their themes. As such, something such as the Magic Eye, would have an issue realizing and seeing through them, thanks to it actually being a Genjutsu sent specifically to the mind, to effect the body itself as well as perception. Now thanks to Akai's clan, he knew a thing or two about the abilities of the technique that was being used, Akai like the remainder of his clan was built for one purpose, battle. And as such, learning and continuing with the knowledge that he could be taught was a constant effort. Thus when he swung Jakotsutō this second time, the weapon would actually streak passed the opponent's main defense, cutting through the air in an instant and aiming the full arm of the tip to that one degree of defense, that was the gap in the defensive sphere. It was bad enough that the opponent was attempting such a technique, without the air of the Byakugan, which was actually the ability to be able to block at such an interval as this effectively, senses wouldn't be enough to block such a wide range of attacks as this one, now that the bone would be coming from all directions thanks to the spray of each connection with their defense. The strike from the Jakotsutō would be the end all, the blade itself actually glowing faintly with the use of chakra, as the Dim Mak technique was set upon it, in order to finish off the opponent once and for all, through cutting every line of defense they held dear.

[He'll continue to be effected by the whistling noise. But the effects wont hinder the thoughtless rage that he'll enter with the use of Hero's Fury. He'll be torn apart by the higher then average pitch of the sound, which could result in bleeding from the ears, nose, eyes, permanent severing of the eardrum and inner ear. And even increasing headaches to the point of severing the blood vessels in the brain itself, after a long duration. Of course, through all this he'll continue to fight until he dies, because of that technique... But yeah.. Oh, and Mind Expansion isn't the correct of "overwhelming" that you meant. The whistling and such aren't going to be negated by it, the way you want it to. xp ]
Akai's gaze swiftly sweeps over the area before him, it seems the opponent had managed to pull off some sort of teleportation, that was not something he was unused to by now. There was always the same form of technique used over and over again, and every opponent always took the same path in order to attack after they vanished from sight. They would be behind him, that was for certain. Without even moving correctly, Akai slowly turned around, bone jutting from the ground at his left foot and then launching outwards with the use of the Dance of the Chervil technique. This technique would cause the bone to launch outwards like multiple slightly larger then usual senbon. Each one granted a degree of control in order to be used for a longer range of fighting then he was normally used to doing. The fast moving needles would shoot outwards and attempt to impale into the opponent in an instant, each one capable of turning even up to a ninety degree angle in the air, in order to track the opponent and prevent them from easily dodging away from the attack. Of course the further they were away, the easier it was for him to control the attack itself, and this led to an advantage that Akai planned to take complete control of. Grinning he turns and brings his full attention back onto his opponent, raising a single hand and making a flicking motion, as multiple senbon from thin air with the use of his Korps gloves, and sending them soaring with chakra coating their very forms in order to make them move faster and pierce easier. This secondary attack being used to mask behind the beginning attack and make the assault itself all that more dangerous. Akai casually raises the crescent shaped blade he bore in his hand up, and rested it on his shoulder behind his head, awaiting his opponent to come forth and continue their fight, or die on the spot like the worthless thing that they were.

Adjusting the use of the whistle that was held high above the area, Akai casually shakes his head, adjusting the pressure caused from the whistle high in the air further and further. Making the pain that would be caused from the attack even further, though he did not know that his opponent had used a technique that would lead them to be protected from it's effects in a sense, the actual effects would continue to worse themselves out even further as time went on. Akai smirks, causing the opponent to bleed and die in this manner was an interesting thought, drawn out perhaps, but it wasn't something that Akai was not willing to continue and cause a little mayhem in the process. Continuing to shake his head, Akai casually takes a single step forwards as suddenly multiple shuriken would launch from behind his opponent with the use of the Shuriken Transportation technique. Each one aiming to strike the opponent while they're preoccupied with the original attacks that were coming from the front, Akai grins, while he casually adjusts his form and centers his cold gray eyes on his opponent's form with a casual yet cold look spread across his features.

Deflecting bone? Well that was never a good idea. At least that was the start of his opponent's own stupidity, they certainly were not one to be talking about misunderstanding their opponent in this way. Akai slowly shakes his head, each bone that was knocked out of the way or blocked in some way would actually appear to lash out like fly traps upon contact. Jaw like bone based appendages would open up, latching onto the opponent's diamond frame and taking hold, perhaps they couldn't pierce the hide, but they would certainly be able to latch on and slow the opponent down, even prevent them from moving to a slight degree which would be interesting. This wasn't the only concern that the opponent would need to have, their body was composed of diamond, their essence was diamond, and Akai knew about the clan that gave someone this ability, which resembled his own to a slight degree. The senbon he had sent sailing in his opponent's direction and coated in chakra. With this chakra coat, they would pierce directly through the diamond exterior of the opponent's body and perhaps kill them instantaneously? It wasn't something he quite needed to worry about at the moment, Akai casually begins walking forwards, his lips still twisted in the same smirking grin that he had held, he had no reason to reply to his opponent in any way. They had made one too many fatal errors in their battle strategy. Including the best one, which was the fact they had allows Akai to get close to them in this fashion. Each one of his bones were always used as an extension of himself, although in most forms this functioned as only an offensive ability, and lead to no draw backs for Akai. This meant that should he have layered even a small percentage of chakra into the bones he had sent forwards, he could commit to the abilities he possessed in order to cause more damage entirely. As soon as the bones that his opponent had so foolishly attempted to knock to the side would latch on, chakra would erupt from each one in a sudden blast of pure chakra. This effect being used from the the use of the Channel technique in order to send multiple sudden blasts of chakra from the bones themselves and into the opponent. As previously stated, chakra was a known weakness to diamond in this strand of form. As such, pure chakra would actually completely decimate the opponent before they would be so lucky as to shift their form around once again.

Of course, taking what Akai already knew about the orientation of this particular opponent, after surveying their abilities. Akai was already getting the jest of the opponent's abilities. More likely then not, they had the ability to shift their form between matter traits at will, meaning that they could prevent their body from being the correct term of diamond perhaps? That wasn't something to worry about though, considering the damage aimed could indeed cause issue to the opponent's body even if it was taken upon themselves to be as hard as diamond in another way, the chakra effect would still take hold, because of their base. Akai grins, slowly adjusting the sound above them and increasing the frequency further, the stronger the frequency, meant the more sound pressure would be emitted by the sound waves that were fluctuating throughout the area thousands upon millions of times a second. Each time the increase would happen, the sound would come closer and closer to reaching the frequencies equal to the molecules’ oscillations within the opponent's genetic makeup. The effect that would be causing the opponent's headaches, pains, and other such effects, would increase further as the frequency would near the accurate cause that would be able to break through the opponent's body quite quickly by causing interference between the molecules and the sound and breaking the bonds within the opponent's body. Akai slowly shakes his head as he continues walking forwards towards his opponent, the Jakotsutō being slipped back into it's cloth sheath before his hands sliding upwards to form in front of him, as he casually went through a few hand seals while allowing a simple portion of his arsenal to come into play. The Blizzaga Seal activating from where it was placed upon his left upper arm. The snow flake like pattern weaving it's way across Akai's body soon becoming coated by the first stage of the seal in order to amplify his chakra. As he ceases the shake of his head, he speaks the simple enough words that were needed for his occasion. "You talk too much... You're very being is worthless, you know nothing about fighting like a true warrior.. All you are, are foolish tricks and gimmicks.. So hurry up and die now.." Akai says, as he continues to walk forwards, swiftly narrowing the gap between the two without heed.

Explanation::
The "slow them down" thing wasn't necessary, it was simply something that activates when I activate the seal, and would be in use should you have changed out of your Diamond form.

The sound's effect would continue to effect you, but in a different way.
Sound waves are capable of reaching a set frequency that could shatter just about anything solid. Just as the sound clans can use their attacks to break apart the ground, and such. [IE. Hidden Night's: Kodahma Clan.]
Thus, by increasing the frequency of the whistle, the sound itself will increase in the amount of waves, and the distance between each wave. The increasing wavelength will allow the frequencies to become equal to the molecules’ oscillations within the solid item you plan to shatter.
Just like a long higher pitched sound can break glass. The same property can be applied to just about any other solid item. IE Diamond.
And with the pitch capable of reaching such a note through more mechanical means. In this case, the Wind/Sound/Whistle combination, the sound waves that are creating sound based pressure, will become able to apply a strict enough pressure to the very molecules and cause them to become interfered with, and thus break the bonds in the molecular structure of the object in question.

So yes, Waijen isn't being effected by the preliminary effects of bleeding, headaches, etc. Instead his body is being ripped apart by the sound itself, due to it being composed of a diamond base.

You also ignored the fact that I had thrown senbon laced in chakra before my initial attack of bone. Those you had "knocked away" before. Would have pierced right through you, thanks to you being made of Diamond which has the weakness of pure chakra.. So since you ignored this in the post you made above, you may want to edit in some sort of dodge or something now... Because the flicker technique, as your posts states, would be coming after being grappled by the bone flytraps. Which would set my senbon as accurately piercing straight through your body. Diamond or not, piercing holes into solid objects usually weaken it's integrity, and allow it to more easily shatter... Hence the use of sound to cause the shattering effect.

Now as far as your wind attack is concerned. The whistle is manipulated through sound, with a cycling flow of wind as the base. By the height that it is at now, there is a natural wind that would be fueling the whistle at this point, the sound manipulate technique would be what's changing the frequency. A soft cycle of wind would be holding it up. Other then that, you wouldn't be absorbing wind, because there is no offensive wind attacks heading in your own direction, it's all high above our head serving only the purpose of keeping the whistle working correctly.

Also, Akai is un-effected thanks to the same technique that keeps the whistle flowing. The sound control technique allows for Akai to be able to prevent the sound from effecting his own body, while centering it's full effect onto Waijen.]
