Kay-Dash tried to keep the bruise on his ribs covered as it swelled under the ice pack.
"Damn" he said under his breath as his ribs killed him.

Rose looked over at him, she could tell something was wrong. Sighing she stood up and kneeled next to him. Gently she pulled the icepack off and examined the bruise. "How'd this happen?"

She sighed. Knowing it was useless to say anything to change his mind she just stood up and said "Whatever." She went back to her chair and draped the blanket over her. Grabbing the remote she changed the channel until she found Astro Boy on.

Kay- Dash laid down on the couch . "It doesn't hurt as much if i stay on my back. Once i sit or stand it hurts. i dont think it should take too long to heal up."

[that was the first epi. i saw in like...FOREVER! and that was about a month ago. it was depressing. i love old cartoons like that.]
She threw the remote at him. She was already annoyed with him to begin with. Rose drew the blankets around her and faced the other direction closing her eyes.

She didnt respond. Somehow she had fallen asleep. The blanket slowly drifted to the floor as she snuggled against the big chair she was in.

He grabbed the blanket and put it back on her hoping she wouldn't wake up cause she'd probably kill him. He laid back down on the couch and rested his eye.
