Because they are, in a way. There's probably a bit more touching under the table than might happen in a normal first date though.

Billy is almost giddy about the fact that they are together, and they can be together in public. Even though the waiter and the other customers are giving them dirty looks...

But that's cuz they're two freaky boys who are acting all together, not because they're brothers. Corri is just happy because it's obvious how much Billy's enjoying it.
