So I've now seen both House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects. Dug the second one a lot more, as it was far more Robert Rodriguez style than the shlocky horror stuff that influenced the first one. s**t it has Danny Trejo in it.
Anyway, if any AGers have seen them, my only real annoyance plot wise was that towards the end of House of 1000 Corpses it's implied that something above and beyond the torture and murder that the Firefly family were engaged in was going on, under the well. It seemed to me that it was Doctor Satan under there but his association with the family wasn't explained, and none of that got resolved in The Devil's Rejects. Oh well.
