OOOHH! I just thunk! biggrin Its effect will be that the recipient of the attack (single target attack) loses health as though they have been poisoned but on top of that their combat stats take a hit just like from Bloody Rain. Im pretty sure that stat reduction is that attacks effect... Of course the stat reduction can be cured with a miracle bottle or something.
Still no time limit decided though...

@Neji: That's not a bad idea. At least the stat reduction can be cured. And I'd say that it shouldn't last longer than a few hours.

Well, when dealing with this stuff, I dont bring it in an RP direction. I rather keep it to how it would be in one of the Tales of games. So while on that subject, as I said that it would drain HP like poison its effect ends when the battle is over. It wont carry on like poison. Now when figuring the time limit, I need to figure out what tier the spell is. Is it mid-game enemy strong, end-game enemy strong, early-game boss strong, mid-game boss strong, end-game boss (not final boss) strong, or final boss strong? Once I figure that out I can begin researching how long the respective battles normally take and make a final decision.

So, I'm playing as Raven and my friends are playing as Estelle and Rita. We all enter Overlimit lvl. 1. So, I started spamming Tempest, Estelle started spamming Holy Rain, and Rita started to spam Meteor Storm. And everything died XD
