Mosquito have you considered Choice Scarfing it and giving it Giga Impact?
STAB+ 150 Base + Epic Attack
with a Scarf you speed is easily over 370
The Frozen flame of Johto!  O.O i just had a chople berry on it, to weaken a fighting move that hits me........before i has the move fling on him, and an iron ball, but that idea rocks..........but will i still be able to use hammer arm?

Giga Impact is a TM Mosquito =)
And The Choice Scarf would increase Slaking's Speed by One Half or it's current speed.
But only allows the use of ONe move per switch in.

Stealth Rocks screw me up more than u know. My Pidgeot can also sometimes survive Ice beams...with like 5 HP....Thanks to Stealth Rock, it was a definate KO. And u ruin Weaviles Focus Sash.

Stealth Rock screws up anyone. Imagine someone having Whirlwind/Roar when it sets up a Stealth Rock/Spikes.
Unless you get lucky and get a Pokemon that can take out the opposing one.

Paralyzing Weavile was also one of the best things u could've done...I doubt u have anything faster, except for maybe Jolteon...possibly Flygon?
