"As I said, hopefully he'll start learning that when people stop harping after you about things, all you feel is forgotten in a corner sometimes." Zykariel had always been one for attention since he was little...Sevilin was perhaps banking on that a little. But a shake of his head at Zahara. "I let him walk and not hold my hand when I took him with me last time to market. I just made a little runic radius type thing that he couldn't walk past."

"But then he can get up in the middle of the night and that worries me. Even though through bonds I'll know, it still stresses me out. Maybe when he's potty trained." She finished helping Kelligrin walk down the stairs and then headed outside with her basket and had to admit that Sevilin was right about their oldest. She just hoped it panned out the way he wanted it to. "You and your runic solutions. If you want to do that, then that's fine with me. As long as no one can get to him and he can't get away from us, that's really the only problem. We aren't in any hurry so I don't see a reason to take the horses. Let's just walk. Kel can explore a little bit and you and I can sort of ramble."

"He was fine the last time and he'll be fine this time too. Besides, maybe he'll tire his little legs out sooner than you think then you won't have to worry about him running off." Of course taking thatlook around when they were out in the open just to make sure everything was alright before setting up some runics like he had before, keeping him on thus an invisible leash of sorts. "Besides, we're up so early that not many other things are up anyway. We'll be fine. So what pretty thing are you feeling this time?" Of course he was gonna mess with her about it.

She watched her son scamper off quite happily, pausing every now and then to squat down and check something out. It was always amazing to watch her children and see what fascinated them the most. With Zykariel it had been all about bugs. Faate had liked drawing in the dirt with sticks and recreating images and Lyssie absolutely loved anything that was living. Kelligrin seemed to like sticks that he could throw or stab with and sharp rocks for the same. She worried about her son's violent streak sometimes, especially with his powerful arm. Resettling her arm around her husband's waist, she ambled along musing until he yanked her out of her own thoughts. "Not unusual for us though. Generally, we're up and sending the kids off to school by now." Shaking her head and grinning up at him. "A new hairclip or necklace perhaps? Or maybe another ring? You did so well with my wedding ring after all."

"I don't think I can make anything up that could compare to your ring. Exhaused all my creative sparks on that one." Jostling her lightly and keeping an eye on their son as they walked, watching how he interacted with his world around him. Sharp stick and rock play didn't bother him too much seeing as the child wasn't trying to hurt any passing lizards or anything. "I'll let you browse to your hearts content then and we'll do it that way. But just think...you can stay in bed late now. You always loved doing that."

"Aw, a one time wonder, hmm? That's disappointing. I suppose you'll have to make it up to me in another way." Nodding to Kelligrin as he looked back for affirmation on his stick. "I could reverie half the morning if I was really allowed to." Tugging on his braid gently. "But you'll ruin it for me by being up and busy and making me feel like a lazy bum. Or maybe I'll just lay on you so you can't get up before me."

"Sometimes one time is the best. Means no one can get a repeat of that ring of yours and there will never be anything as special to compare to it." Grinning at her with his own logic as he inclined his head some with her braid tugging. "I wouldn't ruin it for you. I would be spending it cleaning or doing things at Twilight...and you do deserve a vacation from the children too. Remember that you're not just a mother."

She giggled as he was more or less twisting what she'd been mentioned as negative into something very positive. He had a knack for that sort of thing. "Of course you'd say that. Then you don't ever have to try to outdo yourself because you've already deluded yourself into thinking you can't. Sounds like a way out to me." He was exactly right and she knew that sometimes she felt motherhood defined her which was something she'd always promised herself she'd never let happen. "I'm also a wife with a very attractive husband who misses the mornings when we actually did laze about in bed together."

"That's exactly right and I'm sticking to that and that means that I am covered." worked for him. He liked it when things worked out for him and there were no bumps. But he gave a nod to her as she pointed out that she was also indeed a wife. "Oh you mean those mornings where you wore me out the night before or had me bedridden for some reason so I couldn't get up immediately." Jostling her again before a light chuckle and another look to Kelligrin. "Guess you'll have to start finding creative ways to keep me in bed other than breaking my legs."

"The mornings I had worn you out the night before were few and far between. You have more stamina than anybody I've ever seen in my life. I was near dead by the time you were worn out so I wasn't getting up either." Which was true with the exception of when she was on instincts. Then she could pretty much wear anybody out and just move onto the next one. She laughed herself and ambled along beside him, pushing him gently. "That can easily be arranged. You never know what I'm cooking up in this pretty little hard head of mine. But seriously, I don't want you working at Twilight all the time while they're gone, Sev. I want us to spend time together now that we don't have as many children to keep after."

Having that much stamina though in that area could be seen as both good and bad things, but he had learned to try to ignore the negative connotations. Made his life easier. "You're the one that insists on wearing me out when you know better." Course deviated the slightest with her shoving before he righted his steps again. "I take the term 'cooking up' literally. Who knows what you're lacing my food with me these days. But I won't...there's a pecking order set up with all the workings there. Malik doesn't expect me to take care of everything and when I'm not around there's more than enough enforcement for those there to keep ranks."

"Sometimes it's fun to have you completely drained of energy and at my whims. Then I can pamper you all day long." Shifting her basket slightly as she stopped to pick a few herbs she saw. "Not anything new, I promise you that. I use candles for those other things." Giving a laugh and then a happy smile to nobody in particular. With him allowing things to flow as natural, they'd have more time together and maybe things would get better between them. Already she could feel slightly closer to him now that he'd confided in her and there was so much more to tell.

"And yet I never am a well receiver of pampering for whatever reason. Just don't like it too much...makes me feel lazy. And you and your candles...made me develop a suspicion of candles whenever I'm around them and know not the occassion that they should be being used in. Means something's going on." Well she certinally seemed in a better mood...he himself was just having a moderately good day thus far he guessed.

"Laziness is good sometimes. You don't always have to be going and going and going, you know." Shaking her head and just chuckling. He was suspicious of most things because he didn't know what they were going to do. It didn't take too much longer to get to the market and she began perusing the various stands to search for the little bit that she needed while keeping an eye on an excited Kel who was attempting to work a stone free of it's lodgings.

"But I like being preoccupied all the time." Letting her laugh without fuss because he knew what she was laughing about anyway. But her merely followed behind her and let her shop as he was adding things up in his head and keeping an eye on Kelligrin too as he was happily wandering though. "Kelligrin don't pull on rocks. They hold things up here." Making sure the boy got to something else before looking back to his wife. "So is this all food or various things which means you'll be extra excited?"
