If you can find something wrong with it than I am done with customs. I noticed something about this whole system a while ago anyway which Is why I mostly just rp with what's given. @Sixx: Jeez, chill out. So we're strict on customs, big deal. Its because of that that we dont have a bunch of stipud crap in the guild.
@Mourning: iHuntur, the Jounin, should be back by now. I know for a fact that your Chuunin, Ladyshirahime93, is almost done with the new profile, and Jade...........Ehh, she's Kage, she can do what she wants.

Yeah, overly strict. Its just playing a song in your head. That's all. And you guys want it to be B ranked. No to mention its kai-able, and totally easy to ignore besides the fact that it would muffle other sounds. But Lily says it's "mentally distorting." Yeah, real dangerous. Now let's compare that to chidori. Let's compare it to cobra's custom train jutsu. It can make a fifteen foot wide wall that can crush opponents under it's weight in explosions, and turn the user inot a near unstoppable train. It can also absorb doton ninjutsu. And it's B rank. Am I to assume my technique is that strong?

Am I to assume my technique is that strong? Maybe you should take my advice, and ONLY use this jutsu in your RP sample. The fact that you used another jutsu made it confusing as to which effects went to the custom, and which didnt.
