I'm not Ginji or Brian, but I think it's the [Basic-First-Second] case, because when you start out in Tier 5, you're allowed to have basic pokemon, but not the basic form that comes from baby pokemon. If that makes sense. It does. I went over any rules I could find on the matter, but they weren't completely clear either. Which is why I'm turning the case over to the only two people who outrank me. I guess we'll get this clarified when Ginji or Brian gets the case, then. Well said. Thard_Verad *Reappears* Heh. Maybe I won't have to whip out my grading pen after all?
