The word mommy certainly brought reality to light; Sil's eyes widened, her eyebrows lifting into high arches as she stared at who she thought the girl was referring to as mother. Now that she really took the moment to look at her, Luci did look an awful lot like Tyki and Liv if they were to have a child... and clearly a child they did have. However, even though she was surprised, she didn't want the little girl to feel slighted that her mother hadn't mentioned her, so she made no comment of it.
"Well aren't you just the sweetest thing," Sil said with her words lifting in the gentlest laughter at the girl's boldness, and also at the lovely little compliment. "Our hair is alike, but you seem to know how to make yours a lot prettier than I do. You should show me how sometime, if you're visiting for a while." Her voice was kind and light-- even though this girl was the daughter of a Noah, she was still a child and biases were unnecessary. "It's very nice to meet you finally, Luci. Forward and honest are two of my favorite traits, so we're bound to be friends."
Her eyes flicked up to Liv then, just one of her eyebrows arching this time. She was getting rather skilled at coding her words and thought now was another time to further better her skills. Luci had to be around five, and though Sil had only known Liv for a small portion of years she was surprised that this little, adorable detail had never come up in conversation. "This is an interesting surprise, to say the least... One of the cutest surprises I've seen in a while, actually."

Liv caught Sil's glance and her cheeks flushed slightly. In response to the raised eyebrow she bit her lip and gave the tiniest of shrugs, in a sort of embarrassed, sheepish way.
Luci's eyes lit up at the prospect of what she determined would be playing dressup with Sil. She got up and trotted over, throwing her arms around Sil's hips as she gazed up at the woman, "I'm living here now so we can do it any time!" she grinned and batted her eyelashes.
"Well not today, Luci," Liv cut in, "Sil just asked me if I'd like to go out with her today."

Sil flushed as the little one wrapped around her, never having had any kind of affection from such a little one. She didn't really have much experience with children outside of Chaoe and she felt a small awkward anxiety over that fact, and she gently brushed a gloved hand in an awkwardly affectionate pat against the girl's back. "Well that's great news," she said, "I've needed a good hair stylist. I bet you know all the tricks."
Liv drew her attention away from the child, having forgotten her entire reason for coming to see her in the first place at the sight of the adorable child, and she smiled sheepishly. "If you're not too busy, of course... and I would say you're quite busy right now," she looked down at Luci then back to Liv, not wanting to suggest to bring the child along with them unless it was what Liv wanted. She knew mentioning the idea could get the girl excited and she didn't want any disappointment to come from the meeting if Liv intended on having someone watch her instead.

Luci continued to grin up at Sil, not noticing how awkward she acted at the affection.
"Well...if you don't mind Luci coming as well. I promise she's very well behaved in public," Liv assured Sil, "She acts older than she is most of the time, really."
"Oh can I? Please Miss Sil?" Luci made a puppy face.
