I wasn't insulting the guild
But this place seriously needs to be redone.
Get a fresh batch of mods, fresh batch of people.
Update things...
Delete people who never posted

In the old days Angel would kick you all over the place. But now I think a change maybe needed. There are to many form for me to read. My head hurt from it all T _ T

Angel has more going on in her life then you could ever imagine. Do not for one moment think that she doesnt care about the guild.

I'll agree that the Guild isn't as extravagant as it's intended to be, but hell we can't force members to be active.
As far as the Mods are concerned I agree, I've made a post in our section of the Guild back in....June-May and not one other Mod has posted since then. Also whenever he have an idea posted there I'm usually the only one that replies except for the one that's come up with the idea who is usually Star.
I'm not saying abandon everything and be on RDS but it would be nice to see other mods help cause I feel Star is the one trying to keep this place running while Angel is sick and I'm the Guild Janitor that runs around everywhere to make sure things are the way they're supposed too be. I honestly feel sometimes that I'm the only Guild Mod that actually does Mod work on a weekly basis ( can't always do daily cause we're so goot natured in here stuff is good and peachy for the most of the time)
I have a few ideas for how to get this guild running and getting more active but I'll need help from you Members too and I need to mods to come around so they can hear my ideas and decide if they are good or not.
If you got some Gaia friends that are on the level, Meaning they don't godmod and can be a good addition to the "RDS Family" then by all means tell them about us. Reel them in like a Guppy from Gaia Fishing.
Oh and make sure they're the type that can stay active more then two weeks.
We that are members, If a new member arrives then take initiative. When I first came around I had no idea where to start so I just posted in the bar, Then Crow posted and eventually even more. Hadn't she taken initiative then I might not have been here for as long as I have.
We Mods have a slight obligation to the guild, we're here to make you happy, to make it fun to be here and maintain Guild law and order. We Also help and RP with you.
Members, Although you don't really have an obligation to the Guild I believe you do, we encourage you to help with other members to make it fun and to help them find their place in the guild. In other words help us to help you and to make this Guild more fun.

Due to brain melting, I don't have overly mich to say right now. But s**t, while I'm at work during the week, most of my time i spent on here. So yeah, I do/will do whatever I can
