Luci was sitting in her room patiently waiting for her father to come get her. All her things had been packed into about 6 large cases, her many toys taking half and her clothes taking up the rest. She was excited to see her mother for the first time in a while. She didn't know exactly how long it had been because at 5 one didn't keep track of the time and date, but it felt like forever to her, so that was all that mattered. She had her old bun-bun plush hooked in one of her arms, and it looked rather worn now. Her brown ringlets were long enough to brush her shoulders and they bounced as she kicked her legs while she sat on one of the trunks. Her big blue eyes watched the door knob like a hawk.
Her attire was just as adorable and girlish as always. She had little white gloves on and a rosy colored frock that fell just below her knees. It had frilled trims in all the right places, and an embroidered, lacy front on the chest. It had cute little puff sleeves too, just how she always loved. He legs were covered modestly with sheer white stockings, and she had miniature Victorian boots on her little feet. To top off the look she had a matching hair pin that swept her curls from one side of her face. Her entire outfit was a parting gift from her father.

A knock sounded at the door and roused Soma from his sleep. His eyes opened slowly while he lay on his side. Before he got out of bed, footsteps could be heard travelling away from the entrance to his room. He put his feet on the ground and moved to the door. He grasped the doorknob and turned it, never letting go. Upon opening it, he could see a note attached.
It read "Please escort my daughter to her mother. Meet her near the cafe where you were clubbed." The final thing written on the note was "-Tyki"
Soma's shoulders slumped as he finished reading, a sense of foreboding washing over him. He spoke quietly to no one, "As if I had nothing to do today. We shall settle this debt later, Tyki."
He dropped the note where he stood and closed the door. He dressed himself and left the room. Lucky for him, two akuma were passing by when he exited. He addressed them with few words, "take me to Tyki's child." They guided him towards the little girl's room.
Arriving at her door, he gave them both a look and pointed to one side of they door, indicating the stand and wait. He raised a hand and hesitated a moment before knocking. The thought of expecting the worst passed through his mind. Shaking his head to whisk away the thought, he knocked waiting for a response.

Luci shot up from the chest when the knock on the door sounded, her bun-bun being flung to the floor. She ran over as fast as she could, wondering only for a split second why Tyki hadn't just come in for her. Flinging the door open, she squealed, "Daddy! - " her voice caught in her throat when the man she was staring up at was not her father.
In fact, she had never seen this man before. Instead of backing away like most children would at the sight of a stranger, Luci crossed her arms with a pout curling her lip. "Who are you? Where's my Daddy?" she demanded with a glare.

The door swung open before his arm had returned to his side. He looked down to see the girl. Were it not for her obvious disposition, one would say she was cute like a child should be. As expected, this would be a handful.
He let out a sigh before responding directly, "my name is Soma. Your father asked me to take you to your mother." He attempted to distract her with a question, "Don't you want to see her?" His tone was flat and of no assistance to generating some excitement in the girl.

Her scowl faltered when she realized her father wasn't coming to get her. She knew she would be going to live with her mother from now on, but she had been under the impression that Tyki would be the one delivering her. He had even told her a couple days before that it would be happening. Despite the other times plans had fallen through, that never eased the disappointment. She knew better by that time than to question things at least. She still didn't know exactly who Soma was, but if her father had sent him then it meant he was alright. She put her frown back in place before she turned around, stalking over to her bun-bun on the floor, snatching it up in her arms again. She stalked back to the doorway and brushed past the man and the two Akuma.
"All my things are in there," was all she said, expecting them to take care of everything.
