In the left back corner of the room is the boiler. It is still lit, casting a slightly flickering glow around it. Against the left wall is a worktable. There are still tools on the table, untouched.
The back right corner has a cot, but it is obscured by a shelving unit jutting out from the right wall. There are power tools, paints and other hardware on the shelf.
In between the two, in the middle of the back wall is a stack of three crates, about two and a half feet tall in total. Standing on top of the crates is Tad Ryerstad's body, facing the door. The spear is dug into his chest at a 45 degree angle, the handle pointing upwards.

Someone get a blood sample.
Look over the corpse, too. The night before the incident, Ryerstad found a letter on the Bistro floor, addressed to him. He claimed it was 'fanmail', but I think we all know better. I've no doubt that it relates to his death.
