*le sigh* I've remained mostly silent on this, but that Seal he mentions was placed there by Tacitus, so the attack would, if anything, remove the main power base of Tacitus temporarily. So basically Vahn attacked Tacitus. XD Or his God, rather. >.> The difference is kinda screwy when speaking in terms of power.

^^;; Vahn, the jacket's just his armor, that's all. Nothing hiding in that sentence, just me saying that your attack is far stronger than any physical defense Viper can put up.

See... the thing about it being impossible for Viper to break is being taken wrongly. Its not that if the situation was reversed he couldn't break it, its that the nature of the seal is that Viper can break it or release it, nor can anyone who is aiding him do it.

Its called the Double Bond. A nasty little bit of sealing magic that Tac and I thought up. The writ and law of it is that it seals Tacitus's time based powers (the cannon Tac uses gravity) and seals off the majority of Viper's power. What it means to Viper is that he can't just BOOM the arena. Any attack involving his power has to be formed and controlled, charged and directed, etc. etc. etc. Its why you've only seen him tossing fireballs or using pinpoints to create fireblasts instead of just incinerating all the air in the arena or super-heating space around his opponent. Its also the reason you'll never seen anything bigger than a beam or a softball sized Destruction attack in form 2 and a volley-ball size in form 3.

Here's the point that clarifies what I was talking about. The ONLY way the Bond can be released is through Tacitus explicitly and without duress or other influence (notice the broad terms, it covers damn well everything) saying that Viper is released. The same is true for Tacitus's bond and Viper's word. It would be impossible, even with all the strength and power in the multiverse at his beck and call, for Viper or anyone helping Viper to release the Double Bond without Tac's word.

=/ Problem is, Vahn found a loophole neither of us had prepared for. He's an enemy making a direct attack on the seal itself. None of the bylaws we wrote into the Double Bond accomadate for this situation. (A fact which will be hastily rectified after this fight)

So I know what'll happen to Viper in any of the situations, and I'll respond accordingly. However, like I said in my post, breaking the Seal or not is YOUR choice. I've got no idea what you bring to the table, and if you think your attack is "uber" enough to break this Bond you're free to. Just be prepared for the consequences.

I'm surprised to see you mentioning Pandora's Box Vahn, because that's what I've been thinking of. You opened it, yes life sucks, but that was kinda the point...
