Condoms have spermicide and are used for intercourse helping against pregnancy and reducing the risk of an STD. A flavored condom is used when giving head and prevents STDs from forming in your throat.

Yea, flavored ones aren't coated with spermicide so they don't prevent pregnancy but they can still be used with male on male intimacy if you're just lazy and don't want to switch.
