Tin nodded to show that he was ready to learn the next jutsu and then his sensei said, "Tin, you will now learn the Art of Substitution. This will allow you to quickly and if used correctly, allow you to replace yourself with a dummy of sorts, be it a piece of wood or another person." His sensei then begen to explain to him that he had to have the element of surprise on his side if he ever wanted the technique to work flawlessly. "Now let's begin bye going outside. Shall we?"
His sensei then instructed him to go outside where they would have more space to practice substitution since it a little bit tougher if they had attempted to cotinue in the classroom. His sensei then told Tin to attack him using any sort of weapon of choice. Tin hesitated, but said that he couldn't because he was afraid of hurting him, but his sensei reassured him that it would be fine. Tin then pulled out three kunai knives and flung them out at his sensei whow as hit and fell backwards with a small look of pain as the kunai hit.
Tin was mortified at the attack and began to rush over to his sensei to help him, but then as the body fell back it transformed into a piece of wood that clanked on the ground as it rolled away. His sensei then walked out of a clearing while laughing and said, "No need to worry, for it was only a piece of wood and as I said, there was nothing to worry about." Now it's your turn Tin. Tin then began to practice as his sensei then began to throw one kunai knife at a time at him, giving him little time to react to the attack, but stil enough time to make the substitution.
The first few tries were not successful since he was hit repeatably and started to bleed where he was scratched by the sharp edges of the kunais. Eventually under pressure Tin was able to successfully substitute in a piece of wood each time that his sensei launched an attack agaist him. He knew that his sensei was not going to harm him for he was only an academy student, but still the training was a little harder than he had expected when he first attempted it, but now felt it much easier to pick up and learn.

"How does this thing go?" Well, the first thing that you need to do is concentrate your chakra and change its flow so that it goes into your feet and expells through your soles. Make sure that the flow remains steady and it will be enough for you to climb the tree like it you are walking on horizontal ground. Aramaki nodded, but it was a lot to take in. He brought his hands together and began to concentrate. WIthin a few moments he felt the power of his chakra flowing through him. He could not believe that he was doing it.
"That is good. That is very good. Now what you need to do is concentrate on changing the flow of your chakra. Right now it is going out of your body at all your chakra openings causing waste. What you need to do is concentrate on making it leave only through the souls of your feet." Aramaki nodded and got to work. He closed his eyes so he would not be bothered by anything. He could almost feel the chakra in his body flowing out of their openings. That was enough for him. For what felt like minutes, Aramaki went through all of those "openings" and closed them.
When Aramaki opened his eyes he could feel that the only place that the chakra was going through was the soles of his feet. He suppressed a smile. Iruka did not supress his own. "Good job, I see that you are catching on quite quickly, quite quickly indeed. Now here is the next lesson." With that Iruka began to concentrate on his own chakra. Quickly he changed the direction that his chakra was going and made it expell out of the soles of his feet. Aramaki was very impressed. However that was not all that Iruka did.
Iruka began to walk towards the huge tree infront of the two them. He looked like he was about to walk into it and Aramaki wondered if he was blind or not. He then saw, with mouth gaping surprise that Iruka had simply walked up the face of the tree. He walked up the tree leisurly, looking like he did not have a care in the world. Aramaki could no longer hold in his. . . feelings. "That is unbelievable! How are you doing that?! Iruka just smiled from about half way up the tree. "I have fully mastered the technique and at this point I barely have to consciously keep my chakra in check."

"Alright then well whenever you are ready we will move onto the next technique to learn. We will from this point on be covering all techniques that are going to help you surive when out on mission and in a real combat situation. Why should I teach you this? Well it's important because it'll help you to adapt to your surrounding in any combat situation as well as foreign lands when on missions. Now if youa ready we can process by heading outside since well this place it too small of a place for us to train and we'll be needing a lot of space."
They then began to walk to a small body of water outside of the academy. As they walked his sensei told him that they would be practicing outiside of the academy for a while so they would not be needing to go back inside anytime soon. "Alright well I am going to be teaching you how to walk on water. This technique is a more advanced form of tree climbing since it requires you to focus your chakra down toward the soles of your feet to get an even footing and to smooth out any rough edges so that you can stand on the water. This is harder due to the nature of water being a liquid as opposed to a tree's trunk which is solid."
After the explanation his sensei then began to demonstrate to him by showing him how to walk on water. He focused his chakra down toward the sole of his feet and then slowly lifted one foot and then placed it on the surface of the water. The foot seemed to be standing on the surface as if it was a hard surface and not at all water, but it still rippled ever so slightly underneath his weight. Then he moved his other food onto the body of water and stood there for a few moments before turning around and said to Tin, "Well that is all there is to it. Your turn."
Tin watched as his sensei then stepped off the body of water and then looked at Tin to reassure him by saying, "Remember to adjust your chakra to the molecules of the water since it is constantly changing and they are never at rest unlike hard surfaces." Tin then nodded and began to focus his chakra down toward the soles of his feet. As his chakra began to flow down his feet, he smoothed it out so that the chakra was spread out across the bottom as evenly as possible so that his feet would not be too unbalanced when he stepped onto the water's surface.
As Tin stepped onto the surface he began to wobble slightly due to the change in the water tension as it slipped around his chakra infused foot. Tin then quickly had to change the amount of chakra or allow himself to keep afloat on the water's surface. Tin then moved his other foot onto the surface and then stood there for a moment and then was overjoyed at begin able to perform the difficult technqiue, but in his overexcited state he lost his concentratoin and the chakra became rought and unbalanced. Tin then slipped and then began to sink.
"Ah!" Tin screamed as he lost his control of the chakra in his feet and then sank quickly into the water landing on his butt. Tin got up and rubbed his sore bottom wincing as he did. "Well it was a good effort nonetheless." His sensei said as he chuckled at his student. "Come one let's dry you off." He said as he threw a towel over Tin and then let Tin dry himself off. "You did a good job and will probably do better the next time you attempt it." Tin then looked at his sensei from the ground and smiled as he continued to dry off his hair.

With that, Iruka simply hopped off the tree, making a gracefull landing on the grass below. Now it is your turn, All you have to do is make sure that you keep your chakra output stable when you are on the tree. You do that and you have nothing to worry about. Aramaki nodded and walked towards the tree. He was feeling nervous by the time he got to the bottom of the tree. He gingerly took a step onto the tree and was surprised that he foot stuck. He took another step and saw that he could stand on the tree. He then started out at a run trying to get to the top of the tree.
Unfortunetly, Aramaki fell soon after he started running. Forunately for Aramaki, he had only taken three or four steps up the tree before his concentration broke, so when he fell on his back, it was from a pretty safe distance. Aramaki's head had hit the ground so he was nursing a headache along with the wind being knocked out of him. He slowly got to his feet holding his head and making sure that it was not bleeding. He turned to Iruka and saw him looking at Aramaki with concern on his face. "What happened, I did everything that you asked me."
"Not quite. About the same time you gained confidence, you also lossed your concentration on your chakra." Iruka walked up to the tree and exained it. After a few moments he pointed at a spot on the tree. There was an indentation. "Right here. There was a decent enough fluxtuation in your chakra output that you broke the surface of the tree. After that your chakra went back to normal. When that happened, it had nothing to catch hold of and you just fell to the ground. That is the importance of keeping your chakra output steady. Too much will do that and too little, well you get the idea.

As Tin was trying to completely dry himself off his sensei said, "Well now that you have some mastery over the art of water walking, it is time to go learn the more simpler art of tree climbing. As you did before with the focusing of your chakra down to the soles of your feet to evenly smooth it out before attempting to climb the tree." His sensei then paused to let Tin absorbed the infomration before readying himself to attempt the technique. "Now let me demonstrate how this will work Tin before you attempt it yourself."
Tin watched as his sensei began to focus his chakra as he had done like when they were practicing how to control chakra for water walking. He could sense that the chakra was moving down toward his sensei's leg and toward the soles of the feet. He noticed that there was a small hint of chakra that could be seen, but he was not sure if that was an illusion or if it was merely the show of chakra intensity of how much power was behind his sensei's chakra. Tin stood back as he watched his sensei begin my placing one foot in front of the other and began walking up.
As he was walking up the tree he looked at Tin from an angle and said, "This is not as easy as it seems, but it will become easier with practice. Keep in mind that you must have the right amount of chakra in the soles of your feet in order to maintain the adhesion necessary to walk and climb up trees. If you have too little chakra, you will lose balance due to not enought adhesion is there to stick. As for too much chakra and you will break the tree's trunk with too much force due to excess chakra that is not needed. Now you may begin your training."
Tin listened to his sensei as he finshed his small adivisory warnings about the art of tree climbing and then Tin began to focus his chakra down toward the soles of his feet. As soon as he felt that there was enough chakra, Tin began to slowly move his feet and placed it on the tree, but then his sensei said, "Oh! I forgot to mention to you about this, but it might be better if you start out running since it is easier that way. More experienced shinobi can just walk up." Tin stopped and backed away from the tree and then made a dash at the tree.
As he dashed up the tree, he could feel his feet push against the tree's bark and could feel it slipping underneath the pressure of his feet as they smashed through the bark. Tin's eyes widened as he began to slip down the tree as he got up a few feet. Crap.. it seems that I over exerted the amount of chakra needed to stick to the tree as well as loose the concentration to keep a constant flow of chakra to keep myself adhered to the tree. Tin thought as his feet slipped off the tree, but he quickly pushed off with his left food to push off from the tree.
Tin fell backwards as he fell to the ground. About halfway down he pushed his body and used it to cause himself to flip over and land on his feet in a kneeling position. He looked up at the tree where he had been only moments before and cursed his lack of chakra control. He was going to attempt it again, but his sensei said, "Wait! Tin that is enough for now. You can practice some more on your own when you have the time, but for now let us train on some other skills that will assist you in the field of combat so that you aren't helpless." His sensei said as they began to walk to a new training ground.

Sojiro scratched his head, then tiptoed up to the lake.
He put his foot on the surface of the water, and watched the ripples.
"Alright. And, CONCENTRATE!"
At his yell, an assload of chakra exploded out of his foot, and he flew backward.
"Oushit!"

Raigeki sat outside the training field waiting for Iruka sensei who said that he would teach him substitution today, but it took him hours to get to the training grounds.
"Sorry I'm late I kind of got caught up at the tea shop and there was a couple of kids who wanted to know if being a ninja was hard.
"Okay, but I get really good training today because you were late I deserve two jutsu."Raigeki had a sinester smile as though he hoped this would happen.
They walked into the training field and spent ours training and all Raigeki was capacle of replaceing himself was a big rock and nothing else not even a log.

"Tin, we're going to be doing some training that is usually not really required to graduate from the academy, but I still think that you should know them that way you can still be able to practice in your free time." His sensei said as they walked up to a small obstacle course. "First of all for now, we will begin with the most basic thing to do which is to concentrate on Chakra Molding. It will allow you to mold your chakra as you like into any form that you wish to use it as, but it is only as good as the user. So if you stink then well you're kind of screwed."
His sensei then told him to begin my gathering his chakra into the palm of his hand. This was to be a small, yet simple task that should not require too much strain on the body. Once his sensei said this he gathered chakra into his own hand to demonstrate how it should look. "Well once you have done this you should have a small little orb of chakra that is slightly more moldable than the chakra that freely flows around in your chakra system. This chakra can be used in a variety of ways that may be of use to you. It can be defensive and offensive."
Tin then watched as his sensei began to take the chakra and then began to mold it into a long form. Once his sensei had the desired length, he stopped and then the chakra became more stiff. It then had a metallic shine to it as it hardened and then became even darker, as black as coal. "Well this is one of the many uses that can come from chakra molding. It can be used to create a weapon that can further aid you if you should ever run out of projectiles to use against the enemy." His sensei said as he swung the pole on the ground and then it broke after a few stong strikes against a tree trunk, snapping into splinters.
"The chakra molded items are only as durable as your strength and chakra. So the weaker you are, then the weaker your attacking weapons will be. This is true of all attacks, not just chakra molding. Now you try Tin. I want to see how much chakra you have within you." His sensei said as he then dropped the remains of the chakra molded pole as he clanked against the ground. Tin then nodded and said, "Yes Sensei. I will try." Tin then closed his eyes and then began to focus his charka from his chakra system, feeling the warm blue chakra flow toward his right arm.
Tin then focused a little more and then concentrated on the chakra that was slowly forming in his hand. He then squeezed it ever so slightly to make sure that it was mouldable. Once he was sure he began to take both of his hands and mould the chakra to his liking and slowly he created a shuriken that was of small size. He then took the chakra and stretched it, making the shuriken grow in size to the proportions now set upon it by Tin stretching the chakra. Once he was done he was able to create a windmill shuriken that was of decent size with a diameter of five feet in length as he held it up for his sensei to inspect.

"Nicely done Tin. There is still more to chakra molding, but you can practice it later. For now concentrate on this next part of the training for it will be essential to you when the time comes. It may not seem like much not, but it will greatly assist you in strange ways without you ever having to think or concentrate to heavily on it." His sensei said as he began to work his way into his next small speech on what a shinobi must learn to become one of the great ones. His sensei then began to start speaking of a technique that was not so widely known to many new genin ranked shinobi.
"I will be assisting you in learning Leaf Concentration. We are from the Village Hidden in the Cloud, but it is a technique that is universal with various elements. The reason that it was named Leaf Concentation was because it was developed in the Village Hidden in the Leaf, but was later found to be adaptable to various other village teachings. This technique or ability will allow you to slightly control the environment that which is around you. It will give you a small advantage over those that oppose you when you have masteredt his technique."
"As I was saying about this technique, it will allow you to control the elements and such things around you to a small degree. You must concentrate your chakra into either your hand or your feet. From there you will need to then come up with a way to fill your chakra into an object or element that is near you to gain control over it. Since this is called Leaf Concentration let us start out with a leaf to demonstrate what it is capable of." His sensei said as he picked up a small pile of leaves and then showed them to Tin before continuing with the demonstration.
"Now as you can see fromt his pile of small leaves. There is not much you can do with it as is, but just merely through them at the opponent. Now on the otherhand if you infuse chakra into it, then it might be of a little more use to you in a fight." HIis sensei said as he then began to infuse his own chakra into the leaves and then a small change came over them. They began to move from his hand and spiral around in the air as they moved and bent to his command. "This is only a small fraction of what is capable, but with practice and determination, anything is possible. I'll now leave you to train and do as you please for the rest of the day."
Tin then watched as his sensei left him to train the technique that was Leaf Concentration. Tin the took up one leaf and began to infuse his chakra into the leaf. Upon close examinatoin, Tin could see that the chakra had entered the leaf through its stem and coursed through its veins as it glowed a light blue signifying that it was infused with more than enough chakra for complete control. Tin then began to try and maneuver the leaf left and then right before attempting anything too hard for his mind to control with a mere thought impulse.
Leaf Concentratin: 5/5
Once Tin was sure that he had the hang of using Leaf Concentration he began to work on physically maintaining his body in its peak by training it using various means. He decided that before he would train his body as he intended to that he should first train his mind and aim. He did this by going to the target ranges that were set up nearby and began to retrieve the kunai daggers and knives that were located in the holster on his right leg. He pulled out half of the kunai and slowly began to throw them at the targets. He missed a few at first, but got better with his aim.
As time passed he got better that he was able to only miss a few every so often that it was not noticable as it was when he first started training with his kunai. He then began to take the training a little more seriously as he then increased the amount of kunai that he was throwing. He switched up from one at a time to two kunai daggers as they flew out at the targets. The kunai zipped out and nailed the target, only missing by a few inches of the intended area that he was aiming for. Tin stopped and then knew that he would have to train harder if he was to get better.
Shuriken/Kunai Target Practice: 2/2
When he had finished his training with the kunai target practice he feld that he had warmed up enough to begin training his body that he was ready to start right away. Tin then began to lift weights by first attaining the right amount that he could be able to lift over continuously, but still heavy enough that it was worth a challenge and not too easy that it was not gong to further enhance his body's muscles. Tin chose to stay outside to lift the weights instead of inside because he knew that he would still be training outside later when he finished lifting weights.
He began to lift the weights and felt the strain that was put on the muscles in his arms as he lifted them up. He could feel them tighten and stretch with each movement of his arms as the weights went up into the air and then back down to his side. He continued this for a while before he switched up his routine. Upon the switch, Tin took a few weights and began to take them up and then he tried to begin punching the air with them as if they were like weights on his arm and he was trying to use them to his advantage in a fight to gain the upperhand.
Tin was tired after he had done this since he was not used to lifting weights for an extended period of time and it was a new strain on his body that he would have to get used to if he was going to get anywhere in the ways of the shinobi. He then dropped his weights to the ground and took a small rest as he let the weights drop with loud thuds against the ground. His arms felt tired as they throbbed and ached a little from the overuse of the muscles in his arms. Tin rubbed at them to lessen the ache as he rested and began to stretch out his muscles to keep them from becoming stiff.
Weight Lifting: 3/3
Once Tin had rested up he decided that he was going to now exercise his leg muscles now that he had done so with the muscles in his arms. Tin searched the storehouse that held all the training equipment that the academy used and found the leg weights that he was looking for. He sat down on the ground and then began to strap the weights to his legs. He made sure that they were tight and secure so that they would not fall off when he was running around the academy's training grounds. He did not want to embarrass himself too early on when starting out.
As soon as the weights were on, Tin stood up and felt like his legs were ten times heavier. Tin tried to move his legs with the leg weights on them as quickly as he could, but he could only manage to move them at a speed that was considered very slow. He managed to move about three feet by slowly moving his legs my lifting them up and then down. The strain was going to be a little tougher than it was with the weights when he was merely lifting them up whis is arms. This required a little more than him moving just his legs to get the momentum to move.
After about ten minutes of struggling to get his legs to move, he decided to infuse his leg's muscles with chakra impulses that would send shocks to the nerves embedded in the muscles in his leg to strengthen them to their maximum so that he could move the weights. Once this was done Tin found that it was much easier to move at an adequate speed that was managable, but was still far from his normal speed. Tin planned on strengthening the leg muscles to heighten his speed in combat should he ever be matched against someone that was more agile than himself.
Weight Running: 3/3
Tin began to unstrap the leg weights, but decided agasint them and began to test how well he would fair in a test run against a dummy. He found a dummy from the storeroom and set it up so that he could train with it. He kept the leg weights on so that he could be restrained somewhat while fighting, not wanting to give away his true strength too early in combat. He began to practice all that he had been practicing on all day against the dummy. Tin withdrew from his kunai holster three kunai knives and quickly flung them out at the dummy.
All of the kunai hit a spot on the dummy and stuck there as Tin then moved at a fairly fast speed up to the dummy and began to use simple punches and kicks against the dummy to measure his range of strength attacks. The weights on his leg slowed him down, but when they connected with the dummy, it had the desired effect. Considering that the weights on the leg added additional weight to the leg, making it more powerful than it already was by at least double. So when Tin kicked the dummy, it was knocked back by double the force that was expected with the added weight.
Dummy Fighting: 2/2
Tin then rested after the small dummy match and began to meditate. He knew that meditating would help him calm down his body as he relaxed. He took in deep breathsd and slowly exhaled out as his chest puffed up with each breath in and then deflated as the air went out. After doing this several times, Tin felt that his body had recovered and was now in a state where he needed to let it rest before doing anything else. He looked up at the sky and saw the clouds move lazily by and wondered if there would be a day when he could float as freely as them.
Tin the refocused his mind and worked on meditating it to sharpen its reflexes and nerve impulses in the hopes that it would increase his fighting capabilities. He felt the chakra flowing through his body as he continued to meditate in silence and softly hummed a small hum with his eyes closed. With his eyes closed he was completely focused. His mind was completely blank and void of all thoughts as he continued to hum and keep his eyes closed. He continued to listen and could hear birds flying by in the sky and small creatures scurrying around near him.
When Tin opened up his eyes, he was blinded by the light rays from the sun as it beamed down on him. He shielded his eyes with his right arm as he got up and felt a little more rested now that he had meditated for while. He flexed his arms and stretched his legs for they had grown sore from staying in one position too long. Once his body was ready and limber he walked around for a bit and then his sensei came back and said, "So I am assuming that all went well so far? I see you have been busy with your day since you seemed to have done a number of various training methods."
Meditating: 3/3
Tin looked up at this sensei and said, "Um.. Sensei if it is not too much trouble I would like to ask if you could spar with me. It is the last bit of training that I have left at the academy and would like it if you could spar with me." He then bowed to his sensei and hoped that the request be be obliged. His sensei smiled at him and said, "Sure why not. I've got nothing better to do right now so this could be fun. I hope you are ready though. For I might not hold back as I normally do with most of my students." Tin looked up from his bow and was glad that he answered yes.
Tin then stood his ground as he looked at his sensei and then made the first move. He pulled out three kunai from his kunai holster on his right leg and flung them out at his sensei in an attempt to get him to move. His sensei was already prepared for the attack and countered with his own attack by flinging out three kunai of his own from his own holster and then used his speed to run around behind Tin in order to get him from behind. Tin turned around and tried to second guess his sensei, but was only met with a kick to the back that sent him flying into a tree trunk. Tin then quickly used a hand seal before quickly smashing into the tree.
The hand seal was noticed by his sensei and he smiled. "Trying to use that won't help you Tin!" He said as he raced up to his student that smashed into the tree trunk and then a puff of smoke arose as a pieec of wood was in place of where Tin was only a few seconds before. It looks like he has improved then on using jutsu on the fly. Now where could he be? He thought as he looked around in search for Tin. There was some rustling from a bush nearby and he threw a few kunai in an attempt to scare out Tin, but it only proved to be a trap and Tin launched down upon him from above as he came down with a kunai dagger in hand. Tin stabbed his sensei in the back and then heard a pop as a piece of wood appeared where his sensei had been. "I can use that jutsu too Tin. Well done. It seems that there is nothing left for me to teach you now at this academy. You have graduated and now a full fledged Genin."

metal mist Yada left from his home village walking with his dragon it was to small to ride uppon although they were about the same size. Yada looked around as he absentmindedly looked around and tried to find something that wasn't very boring. Yada got to the docks of hidden heaven and took off from there to the academy. once he had gotten on the boat he took a seat as his dragon jumped onto the boat also. Yada was happy that he was able to go to the ninja academy now and especially because he got to bring his dragon with him, even if it is one of the things the clan does. Yada arrived at the ninja academy in high spirits as he was preparing to start his training which his family had already briefed him on what he would learn and what most of the techniques can do. (1/??) Yada entered the gates into the academy as he smiled walking alongside his Dragon,Yada was happy he could bring a pet with him to his academy training. although Yada didn't really care to call it a pet as more of a partner. "race you to the training fields!" Yada giggled this out as he began to run he entered the building where everyone was learning about how to control chakra flows, luckily his parents had taught him most of what he needed to know before he left. Yada had lost track of his thoughts as he entered the training fields of the academy it was something he thought was really nice looking mostly because he could see that the field was full of beautiful trees and clear water and brite green grass. (2/??) Yada began to listen in on what some of the teachers where talking about as his Dragon had already began to doso as it had won the race and was waiting for him to arrive. Yada smiled even though he had already lost it seemed as though he had won from the expretion of his face. Yada started to listen in on the lecture the teacher was giving out. Yada heard a bit then would drift out and back in then out again then in and continued this way the whole time. Yada then looked over to his dragon and wispered "you got this memerised for me?" then it would shake its head up and down. "good, show me what to do" after saying this it began a sherades type of thing and Yada would generally guess correctly at what it thought. (3/??) Yada had correctly assumed the items and finished what he was after and went to try it out. he found it to be fun as he focussed his chakra as he prepared for the technique he had his dragon headbut him and as it hit he flew backwards and hit a tree and was instantly replace by a log. he then fell out of the tree that he had hit, "wow! that works pretty good could be very usefull to me thanks buddy!" Yad walked back over to the Dragon and began to pat its head and rub back and forth like petting it. Yada then went back and looked at the log that had taken the blow instead it had compressed on the back where it collided with the tree but was shattered like a crator where the skull hit. "KOUJIN! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU!" The loud shouting was quickly followed by the sounds of debilitating coughing and a body collapsing to the ground. Koujin looked over at the hatch that covered the hole that lead to the roof of his domicile with a lackadaisical interest. Would he be able to figure out where he was hiding? It wasn't like this was the one place he could always be found hiding. He let out a small sigh and the corner of his mouth twisted into a smile as he turned back over, he had assured his solitude by sliding a series of barrels over the hatch making it near impossible to lift though he knew his pursuer would eventually get through it, he always did. Akira dragged himself to his feet he would find him, that he would no doubt about that, then he would make him pay for tiring him out by sending him on several wild goose chases in pursuit of him while he had been in their home the whole time. Akira stormed up the stairs stress edging the dark circles under his eyes, he paused as he passed a mirror noticing just how dark the circles had become. Unlike his twin brother, Akira was a very productive member of his family, but also incidentally tended to have allot less what most people would consider fun. In recent years the only way people could tell the difference between the two brothers was the depth of the shade of the dark circles under their eyes, Akira's had always been the darker of the two. Akira was by no means a work monger, but it pained him to see his twin wasting his short life away sitting on a roof looking at clouds. Unlike his brother Koujin was quite content with that fate, he liked being an unranked ninja it gave him a bit of anonymity and excused him from many of the long, arduous and boring duties required of being a full fledged Moon ninja like his Chunin level twin had to endure. People always looked at him strangely when he walked with his brother, but he didn't particularly mind if they though it was strange that one twin was a Chunin and the other hadn't gone to the academy yet that was too bad for them since birth Koujin had resolved to do things at his own speed no matter what others of his clan urged him to do. He sighed twirling a small feather between his fingers, he didn't plan to remain unranked forever, actually he planned to go and register at the Academy this very day, but for now he would savor his freedom. Once he gained a headband of his own he would be branded for life. a warrior, a blade for hire, though he did admit that swinging a sword somehow made him feel a bit more complete he wasn't quite sure he liked having to jump every time that old geezer Kenji ordered him too. Koujin sighed a long exasperated sigh realizing that he would get no more sleep with his counterpart banging on the hatch, he'd obviously figured out that he'd been hiding up here. He reluctantly moved to remove the heavy barrels instead of using brute strength like his slightly foolish brother was trying to do right now Koujin opted for a less work intensive method. He adeptly slipped the tanto in his sash between the barrels and used his slightly below average body weight to lever the barrels up and over. With the heavy weights gone Koujin's dark haired mirror image appeared through the portal. "Where the hell have you been? You've got to get over to the academy like now! Your going to be late!" Koujin applied a forceful foot to face of his annoying copy sending tumbling back down the stairs. Koujin then descended the stairs after his fallen brother hands in pockets. Akira leaped to his feet obviously peeved that his brother had neglected to apologize for kicking him down the stairs. He reached out grabbing a fistful of Koujin's shirt drawing him close. "Now what the hell was THAT for! You lazy good for nothing slow witted excuse for a ninja!" Akira blinked in confusion his hands previously full of Koujin's shirt now grasped empty air. Koujin's voice echoed from the front of the house. "Bye Nii-san," Koujin turned heading out the door into the main Gekkou sector of moon without another word, though his brother may have been a chunin and he an academy student the fact remained that Akira never had and still couldn't best him in a fight, he was just too fast not that he properly believed that statement himself, others seemed to think it was true. Koujin trundled down to towards the Moon Academy intent on begining his training so he would be ready to take on any comers at the Chunin exams so people would stop bothering him about not being motivated enough. 8/? A few terribly, horribly boring weeks later Koujin had already neared completion of his training. He squared off against his instructor, another Gekkou family member. Their blades have been clashing for what seemed forever and both were begining to tire. "Your going to have to show a mastery of these skills before we let someone as lazy as you move on to being a real Moon nin." his teacher swung the blade at him, aimed right for his neck, but suddenly Koujin wasn't there a log in his place, his teacher swung around with his blade not hitting the log as it fell to the ground, he was confused where was Koujin. Koujin was standing right behind him, he'd used a skillful Henge and made it appear as if he had used substitution. His blade's tip rested gently in his teachers back. "Can I go home now? I wanna take a nap..." His teacher released possibly one of his most frustrating students to date, he was so amazingly talented, but he had no motivation to excel in anything, but sleeping and lazing around. 10/?

Now why don't you have another go at it? Aramaki nodded and got ready for another go. He planned to get it right this time. He clasped his hands together and began to concentrate on his chakra. He built it up a lot faster on his second try. He then focused the flow so that it only escaped through the souls of his feet. With the he took off at a run up the tree. This time he was able to make it half way up the tree before his chakra fluxuated and he had to hop off of tree trunk.
Immediatly after hopping off the tree Aramaki started concentrating his chakra again to prepare for another trip up the tree. He did not show it but he was tired. This was the most chakra he had ever given up in one day and that was scaring him. None the less he had to push on if he wanted to master the technique. After a while he was able to build up his chakra again. This time he was not wasteing as much as the first two times. He was deffinently getting the hang of all of this and he as happy for that.
He then concentrated this chakra so that it would only expell through the soles of his feet. He tenderly put a foot on the tree and then the other. Then he took off at a run up the trunk of the tree. One foot, two foot, three foot, going on and on up the tree. It was obvious the he was going to get it this time so why worry about it. He reached the top of the tree and he grabbed hold of it. IT was only then that he looked down and realized just how high up in the air he was. He could barely see Iruka from up there.
However he knew that Iruka was smiling. He had to know that much about the guy by now. Aramaki did not feel brave enough to attempt landing on his feet from this high up, that was for sure. However, he did climb down about half way before doing so. When he reached the ground he saw that Iruka was still smiling. It even seemed like his scar was smiling. "That was excellent. I honestly did not think that you were going to get the technique so quickly. Now that we are through with that I guess that it is on to our next thing.
Why dont you follow me?" "What are we going to learn this time?""YOu will find out soon enough just be patient.""You really like surprised don't you?""What can I say, they are truely worth it."Aramaki finally nods and begins to follow Iruka-sensei. The guy was really creepy but in the end he felt that he could trust him. Aramaki keeps going. They slowly make there way out of the woods. Aramaki feels that he could make it back here if he had to.
Chakra Molding 5/5
Iruka and Aramaki made there way back to the school and by then Aramaki was exausted. He had been working for a long time and would need time to regain his strength. Iruka noticed this. [He had Aramaki follow him to the back of the school. Aramaki had already been there before and knew about the lake in the middle of the garden. Aramaki remembered the tast of the water the last time he was there and could not wait to taste it again. Iruka led him the the lake and sat down. He motioned for Aramki to do the same.
"Drink. The water is just fine." Aramaki nodded not needing to be told twice and sat dow n next to Iruka. He brought his hands down into the lake and brought up a hand full of water. He brought it up to his mouth and drank heartily. He repeated this action a few more times before finally lying down on the bed of flowers behind him. "That water is excellent. How can it be that good when it is still?""Trust me, it is not still. Now I take it that you were here earlier today?"
Aramaki had a sheepish look on his face for a while before he finally answered that question. "In all honesy, I was here for about an hour and a half before I walked into class. I just wanted to be alone before class started.""I can understand that. Now if you are rested enough the next technique that I will teach you is called the Water walking technique. This technique is a lot like the technique that you just learned. However it has one main and very important difference.
Instead of walking on a steady constant surface like a tree you will be walking on a lucid and formless surface that is water. THis will make you require far more chakra control then the Tree walking jutsu because you now have to concentrate on continuously changing your chakra input so that it matches the water flow. That is actually the reason why we are here, to learn that technique. Now why don't we get to it, this is going to be a long training day for you and you need to understand that."
With that Iruka got back on his feet and took a few steps back. Aramaki got up and began to focus his chakra. Within a few moments he successfully builds up hos chakra so that it is expelling out of his whole body. He then fucuses on the flow of the chakra and changes that so that the chakra is comming out of the soles of his feet. With that he is about to step onto the water when Iruka stops him with a hand on his shoulder. "You might want to take those off just in case." Iruka was pointing at Aramaki's swords.
Leaf Concentration 5/5
Aramaki had to admit, he had forgotten that he still had them on. Also, he deffinently did not want to get them wet and risk them rusting in their sheaths. He took his swords off from his waist and began again to walk into the water. He put both his feet on the water and was held up for a second. He then immediatly fell in with a huge splash. After a few moments his head popped up on the surface and he swam back to shore. His clothes were wet and he was really happy that he did not try that with his swords.
"What happened, I thought that I had it.""Remember that this technique is a lot harder then the Tree climbing technique. You have to be prepared to change your chakra output within a few seconds or you will just fall through the surface. Try again, maybe this time you will get it right. Aramaki nodded. Iruka was not going to be much help with this technique. That would make this even harder then he had hoped it would be. Well might as well get back to it.
Aramaki concentrated his chakra in his core and had it flowing again. Once again he changed the flow so that it would flow out of the soles of his feet. With that he stepped onto the water, half expecting that he would break the surface again and fall in. He was half right with that. Aramaki did break the surface. However he di not completly screw up. Aramaki looked down and saw that he his feet were just under the surface but he was not sinking to the bottom. He knew that he must have done something right.
Weight lifting
With his next step he took his foot out of the water and rested it on the surface again. HE did the same with the other foot. THis time he did not even break the surface. He had done it. He had mastered the technique. He walked on the surface of the water for a while while to get the hang of it. He was getting better at regulating his chakra flow and that was the main thing. After a while he walked back to shore and stepped out of the water completly. It was only then that he started to smile.
Iruka was smiling as well. "Very good. I see that you are getting the hang of using your abilities. Now that we are through with that I guess that we should get to the next lesson. The good thin about this is that we will be back in class for this one. You see, it is about time for class so we should hurry up and get back inside. Don't forget your swords. You know where my class room is so try not to be late." With that Iruka left Aramaki and started to walk back towards the building.
Shuriken/Kunai target practice 2/2
Aramaki was not to far behind, hurrying up to put his swords back on while he was walking. He did not realize how much time had passed while he was training with Iruka. All he knew was that he had gotten a lot done in the hours that he had been here. Now it was time for real class. Aramaki walked into the building and was greeted by the same hall that he had seen when he had first walked in. THe only difference was that now the hall was filled with academy students much like himself.
This was going to be a real new experience for Aramaki. He was just going to have to get used to it. The problem with him is that he had no idea how he was going to make friends in this place when he did not even know anyone. Aramaki had always had trouble aproaching people and this was probably not going to be to different from anything like that. Aramaki just took a deep breath and made his way towards Iruka's class room. He saw a line of people infront of the door. THis line included two people from the moon village.
That little point will be importan soon enough however. Now, they were deep in conversation about their day, how hyped they were to be ther and all kinds of stuff like that. All and all it was easy to tell that they were best friends. It was also easy to see that they have always been close friends even though one was a boy and the other a girl. Aramaki situated himself close to them so that he could atleast see a familiar face in the crowd. Finally the doors to the class room opened and Iruka popped his head out.
Weight Running 3/3
"Welcome, welcome all of you. This will be your first session with me so I hope you are all prepared to have some fun, I know that I am. Sadly that fun will not be in here. There is far too much lerning and stuff to have too much fun in here so why don't we all get this over with so we can all get out of here?" Through all of this Iruka had a smile on his face showing that he was just joking but it was wierd to see that and no one elst got it other than Aramaki who had spent the whole morning with Iruka.
With that Iruka finally left the door and went down the stairs to his desk. The other students took this as a sign to walk in after him. Aramaki was last into the class room and saw that everyone else had alread been seated. Luckily for him, in his own mind anyway, The seat next to the two friends was still untaken. He took that seat and settled in. He was in the middle row on the right and had taken the seat closest to the stairs. Aramaki looked over at the ninja next to him and saw that they were deep in conversation.
Dummy Fighting 2/2
They were most deffinently interested in what they were saying. That was a good thing for Aramaki since he really did not feel up to making small talk with the two of them. Aramaki turned his attention back to the bottom of the stairs and Iruka and saw that he man was getting his notes together. After a few moments he shuffled some papers together and looked up at the class. "Now today you will all be learning three techniques from me. These techniques will be the easiest you will learn here
I am saying that so that you will not get a big head and over react about your skills. It is very important for a ninja to know his limitations and be able to act accordingly to that information. From what I heard there are a few of you out there that really need to learn that lesson. None the less the first technique that I will teach you is the henge no jutsu. This is a very important technique. This technique gives you the power to hide in plain sight. Mastery of it means that you could transform into anyone or anything you choose.
Now this technique requires you to concentrate your chakra, having it come out of all of your openings. You need to have that chakra wash over you to complete the transformation. It seems that you are all in groups of three so why don't you all huddle together and use it amongst yourselves. Remember, practice makes perfect." Aramaki and the two next to him got up and turned to each other. [b"]Hey, the name is Gekkou Aramaki and you two are?""I'm Ichazuki Ichigo, nice to meet you."
Sparing 3/3
"I'm Mayonaka Valkyrie." The three exchanged hand shakes as they got down to buisness. Aramaki was first. He chose to transform into Valkyrie. He had a hard deal because he had to get all of those female parts right enough to pass, but he had been practicing all morning so he was not really worried about getting this wrong. Aramaki got down to buisness and started to concentrate on building up his chakra. He did this almost immediatly to the surprise of Ichigo and Valkyrie.
Within a few moments he quickly did the hand signs required for the technique and shouted Henge no Jutsu!"Immediatly he started transforming. When the smoke from the ninjitsu cleared, he saw that he was a pretty much perfect copy of Valkyrie. Of course, Valkyrie did not want to believe it and it would take her a lot of persuading to finally accept it but the point was that he had gotten through the technique without a hitch. Now that that was over, it wast the other twos' turns to transform.
All and all it took some effort for Ichigo, who had decided to go second. The first time he attempted the technique, nothing had happened. He felt really embarrased for that. Fortunately for him Aramaki was there to help him through the transformation jutsu. Aramaki gabe Ichigo all of the advice that Iruka gave him during his training to complete the Tree Climbing Jutsu and the Water Walking Technique. All of that advice paid off big time. When Ichigo attempted the technique the second time he succeded.

Cockyness, Arrogance, these are not redeeming traits in anyone. Most expecially a woman (sorry if this sounds sexist.) A woman so fortunatately born into such a good family should not need such a debilitating emotion. She has had all that she has ever wanted given to her and is unbelievably talented. She is a prodigy of her clan. Her power is unmistakable in that right. However, all of those thing gave her great fame. And with that great fame came a lack of understanding of her skills.
With that she thinks that she is unstoppable. She will not think before she talks and that makes her get in big trouble with her mouth. She has more than once picked fights with people who were more powerful then she was. Far more powerful. She has been pushed into a corner because of the thing that she has said to anger opponents. THere were points when death was so close that one could feel it. Yet she still strived to believe tin her own skill. THat is probably why she is still here, her belief in her skill.
Sun Tzu once wrote that if you know yourself but do not know your enemy you will win some battles and you will lose some battles. One would say that Valkrie has done more then prove him wrong, he has insulyted him. NOne the less, a betting man would wonder if such is true. If Valkyrie was truely as blind as she acted and if the only reason she has lasted this long is because of a few lucky breaks that she has had in battle. A betting man would hope that this is true. Because if it was then the smart money would be on her soon being defeated.

None the less when it comes to battle there is no one that I would rather have at my side. She maybe arrogant but she is loyal, and strong demonically strong. That is something that one must be worried about. No one is quite sure about what kind of a person she is. Well that may not be true, actually. One person may know but he will never betray her to anyone. That maybe why they are so close. It is actually quite hard to talk about her without talking about him aswell. Those two have always been know to be together, that is common knowledge. So that at least would be a good reason.
None the less she was suffering from delusions of grandeur. However these delusions were not brought up upon here by her clan. No, these delusions were brought upon her by herself alone. Her family was great, yes, but their power humbled them. They were given the most important job in the village but that job was taxing on the body so no one felt that it was much of gift so much as it was a curse. To have to continuously be putting out a barrier of genjutsu is no easy task for anyone and it is a wonder that so few have gone crazy.
But even so she has delusions of grandeur. She believes that she will one day rise to become clan leader. Her power is strong enough that that may be a possibility for her. So she does not care what anyone thinks of her. She does not care what anyone thinks of her opinions. And she expecially does not care what anyone thinks of what she says about them. She may just be the queen b*tch of the universe, and she is not at all embarassed about it. That is not much of a good sign. Not a good sign at all.
