Erordia nodded then finished off her drink. Where would be a good place from them to go? The gardens? Fallen Star? She shrugged mentally then stood and stretched. "Anywhere you'd like to go?"

Riyo the Neko Youkai "I... Don't know.." He said, though his mind screamed that his sister was dead. Kohaku was dead and it was his fault. He'd be shunned from what little family he did have... Artemis would hate him and so would Mother. They'd all look at him with hate in their eyes.. And he didn't even know where her body was. It made him want to cry... And scream.. But he didn't. He felt Madison next to him, trying to comfort him. He looked over at her and wrapped his arms around her, not wanting to let go.
"I'm sure she's fine Al's not a savage murder so he might not have killed Kohaku. They could still be just a few blocks ahead out of both ear shot and eye-sight."
It was unlikely since Al could move so fast but if he was trying to keep Kohaku with him he'd have to slow down because of her weight or walk at a normal rate. she tried scratching the innards of her mind to work out where Al might have taken her. Their home would be hard to get into since Artemis would be there. The lakeside cabins were a gamble since they couldl be a gamble if hey were all taken. That left her house and if he went there,there was little chance of finding him if he didn't want to be found. She was unsure if he even had chosen a permenent room to stay in.

"I hope.. If we don't find her.. I'm gonna have to call mother.." He said quietly like it was the worst fate in the world. He knew that she was the most frightening when upset.. And she had a hard time controlling her emotions. He shivered at the thought. But more than anything, he was worried about Kohaku.. If she was dead or hurt... He deserved what he got.. "Do you.. Have any idea where they might be?"

was that fear in his voice? He had all reasons to but it just sounded diffrent mentioning his mother. Was she really that terrible or something?
Madison bit the lower right corner of her mouth. She didn't want to give him false hope. If Al had fled to the shadows of the manor there was little chance he would be found.
"I'm not certain.."
She started, if they went and they tried to locate im only to find him not there it could be an hour or two wasted which was more then enough time for Kohaku to be drained and hidden. Hell it was enough time to catch a flight to a close country if they caught a random plane,although she ruled that out. Al had had these sorts of dealings before and it wasn't his style to exit a country because of one person.
"I can only think of the manor. the place is usually easy to manover around since the halls always change to suit where you want to go but Al is going to be smarter then that. whever he's taken her will be close to impossible to find. The only good thing we could find is that we've narrowed down a search area,and that's if he has taken her there. If not we'll have wasted two hours at least just looking and getting there."
She shook her head. This was getting as close to impossible as it came.

Fang paused for a moment. After about 10 seconds of staring nervously at the ground, he reached into one of his pockets and pulled out a cellphone. "If it's this hopeless.. I'd better just get this over with." He said frowning. He opened the flip phone and skimmed through the numbers quickly, reaching the desired one and pausing. "This might not go well.."

Madison put her hand over the phone,looked thoughtfull. she didn't want anyone getting in any trouble and she'd prefer to keep as litle people out of it.
"what if I call charlotte instead? She can search the manor for us and we could go around the rest of the underground. It would seem logical since Charlotte is at home and if Al thinks he's trapped he might run. It also means putting your family out of risk for the moment since Al might go after them if he thinks they're hunting him. If you're really that worried you could call Artemis as well though. Tell him to call if he sees Kohaku or anyone suspicious. Tell him she had a fight with me or something and ran home."
she had no trouble taking the blame for a non-existant fight if it meant more people would be looking for Kohaku,improving her chance of safety.
She looked Fang in the eyes for the moment. They couldn't act to rash or to slow since either of which could end up badly. He'd have to have some other damn good plan if he wasn't going to agree with her.

Fang looked down at the phone, then back up at her and smiled softly. "That sounds like a much better plan." He said and sighed with relief. He canceled what he was doing and handed her the phone.

Madison smiled,gently taking the phone and punching in the manors number,hoping that the shrill rinigng wouldn't continue much longer, the phone picked up.
"Hello charlotte...I'm at the coffee shop...No he isn't with me. But about him would you er...mind looking around the manor for him...he..owes me some money and I want to buy a friend of mine a drink,the one that leant me his phone to call....Could you find him as soon as possible? It's important I talk to him about some other stuff as well. Thanks tons charlotte."
She clicked and ended the call,handing fang back the phone,her tone and face now series after talking to Charlotte.
"Sorry,I thought a lie might be a bit more...benificial under the circumstances. now here do you want to start looking.?"

ShtrDrNGry Candycane Scartissue I'm glad, as well... Tatsumi whispered, sighing softly. He reached for his drink and sipped at it, snuggled closely to Rei in his lap. Rei's eyes opened just barely as he watched Tatsumi. He smirked inwardly and reached to steal the drink from his love, winking to the other as he took it. Is it any good? smiles brightly, nuzzling to Rei.

Fang thought quickly and scratched his head. "Well, I don't exactly know this guy or where he'd take her.. " He looked down at the phone and flipped through the numbers again, finding his brothers cellphone number. "Hold on a sec.." He said and held the phone up to his ear. After a second of ringing, a voice boomed through the speaker. Brother!!! I've been looking all over the place for you!! Why didn't you tell me you'd left somewhere with Kohaku??!! Fang flinched at the voice and at his brothers joyfully loud tone. "Sorry Artemis.. You didn't seem like you were in too good of a mood when we left you.." Fang sighed and was about to speak again, but was interrupted by Artemis. Oh! And guess what!!! Mother came home today!! She's sleeping on the couch right now... Fang blinked. She wasn't supposed to be home for another few days. "Alright Artemis.. I need you to watch out for Kohaku. She uh... Got in a fight with one of the people down at the Coffee House and left. Alright?" Artemis was silent for a second. Kohaku? In a fight? That sounds a bit farfetched. Fang tensed up. "Well, they really upset her. They were talking about her being mute and how it was funny. I pounded them when she left." Artemis gasped. Our poor little Kohaku! Alright, I'll keep an eye out for her. But you owe me when you get home for leaving me here all by myself! Fang sighed and nodded. "Okay, you got it." He said and hung up before his brother could say anything else. "I didn't want to blame it on you.. And besides, Artemis is pretty smart.. He knows us both too well.. And the senario didn't sound right." He said and looked at her with a small smile on his face. "He knows I wouldn't be attracted to anyone who could get my sister mad enough that she'd run home."

Sometimes I question your tastes...Like that chicken sandwhich that you and your dad both like...It's disgusting! Rei laughed, shaking his head some as he held Tatsumi close, letting his eyes fall shut as he took a long swig of the drink his love had ordered.

Mmm... Tatsumi said, almost drooling in thought. Spicy chicken with barbeque sauce... he whimpered softly, nuzzling against Rei. It's good...I personally don't agree with your unnatural obsession with onion rings... Tatsumi said.

Chicken is evil, you know...Rei teased, pausing to sort of glare/pout at Tatsumi's mentioning of onion rings. Now we have to go find a place to get some onion rings...I'd been doing really good with forgetting about them for now, but you...Mister, you ruined it! he taunted, offering his love his drink back. I might...Might agree with you that barbeque sauce is a nice addition...but not to chicken. No way.

Ric entered the coffeeshop humming happily. He had a business (sort of), friends, new books, and more than that he was loved. The knowledge added an extra sparkle to his eyes as he ordered his normal herbal tea and sat down at a table to begin scribbling in his notebook. Romantic bliss was excellent fare for his muses.
