Explaining the taijutsu thing. A taijutsu CAN use summons if they are a Taijutsu expert by choice. Lee is unable to use Nin and Genjutsu so he is the only one really known that can't

I believe he has... All I know is using logic if you can use nin/gen jutsu you can summon... (u rly dun even need gen jutsu XD) so the chakra points is the equivalent of the number of words you have posted right?

Ok i have a question, if i make a post that it 350 words, then i make another post that is another 350.....and if the two jutsus i was trying to complete was 300 , can i use the extra 100 for then next jutsu? and the next jutsu is worth 400 , can i just use the 100 and just type 300 and complete it? I know that this is confusing.

If you make 2 post that are 350 words then you have 700 words to use on techs that are in the area you chose. If you learn a 700 tech or if you learn 2 150 techs and a 400 tech. As long as you learn what is in the area you posted. Clear?

Ok so if i "buy" jutsus then i lose skill points, for instance if ii make a 300 word post then i learn Henge no jutsu, then i lose the 300 skill points?

Your going to confuse me...If you type 300 words and spend them on Henge no Jutsu. You lose the words you sent. If you typed 350 words and got Henge you have 50 Words left

You start with one made up.
And you gain another slot every 15k chakra.

Yes. By leaving the Academy forum you are technically 'graduating'. Thus, you can move on to wherever you wish.
