Assume robots have been sent back in time to kill me and act accordingly. Trust no one, move around a lot by crashing at people's places (I'm lookin' at you), and get the largest caliber hand guns and rifles. A .50 cal rifle could easily kill a Terminator.

Narcolepsy. Way, way less inconvenient. Though Incontinence might get me a cult following in Japan. On the one hand, they love poop. On the other... There is no other. They just love poop.
