Mr. Dox. That day in the bar, I was being unreasonable. I should not have taken my frustrations out on you. It was hypocritcal of me especially given the fact that I have done things while I was under control of another person.

Your inorganic state would cause my security system to read you as a threat and obliterate you within a nanosec of stepping within it's bounds.
It comes down to advantages and trust. Bigby Wolf has opted to gain the technological resources of Osborn, including the helicarrier. I feel that a line is being drawn in the sand. I wish to offer my technological services to the 'other' side, but trust few people to access or understand my equipment.
