She frowned as she heard her name and turned slowly then studied the girl before her. Regular ears that meant she was human. Did Twilight have servants? Were they seriously that rich? Or were they just that lazy? "Yes..." Realizing that it was strange that she was walking away, she swallowed and then looked at her shoes. "I thought I forgot my toothbrush and I was just going to...go get it..." And now there were more people. She recognized the boy from the tournament but not the older elf. Perhaps that was his father..?
Grateful her fussy baby had been taken, she finished packing the girls up and then led them downstairs. "Now remember your manners and eat what is put in front of you even if it doesn't look like something you've had before. All adults are to be respected and if you need anything at all then you find your aunt or uncle. Alright?" Glancing around. Where was Sevilin? "Sevilin?"
He glanced up at his father and frowned. "Mommy? Like mommy." Sniffling and holding onto his father's braid as they strolled. "Mommy!"

Malik shrugged.
"It can happen."
then a slight grin.
"Oh you know I enjoy giving people the occasional trial by fire. I do it to Galesen and Malikhai, why not Glynnic?"
then a glance over.
"Yes, Lharika. hopefully living with the old silvercrest hasn't twisted her too much. or at least not uprooted what Kieran may have put there so nicely."

She blinked as Galesen more or less pushed past her in the front door with the boy in tow and shook her head. "They are almost ready, you should know the look of them leaving by now." Sometimes she didn't understand that one. But her attention turned back to the girl and she offered a smile again. "Quite alright dear, anything you need we can get for you. Gesturing the girl in and turning a look to the inside. "Malikhai! Your friend is here!"
He slipped past Keely as well, catching her frown and he flinched a little as he continued to follow to stand next to Galesen. "Sorry."
Which got him heading downstairs with his own packed things; clothes, armor, all such things of that matter. Brother in his arms, pet on his back adn sword at his hip he wandered down and gave a smile to Keely. "Thanks Keely." And a look to Kaelin. "Hey Kaelin, good to see you. Have everything you're going to need?"
"Just remember no war starting if you are going to be keeping young elves on their toes." Shaking her head lightly. "I don't think he's affected her too much. Lharika was always very attached to father and his ideals. Which is a good thing. Now finish packing so we can go."
"Yeah we like mommy." Patting at the child again before turning his attention to name calling and he wandered to his stressing wife. He wasn't allowed ot be stressed, only one at a time for them. "And anything includes protection from the bullying of more traditional elves. Yes Sweetheart, what can I do for you?"

A blink to Keely when she frowned at him before he sighed lightly. "Sorry." Galesen was just a little anxious to get going, he hadn't been to Andal in awhile. Another blink though at the girl who was also standing near by, it was that girl from the tournament who was near by Malikhai when in the healing tent. "Hello." A small nod from him followed by a smile before seeing some blue as he came down the stairs. "Hey Malikhai." Another nod to him before he smiled lightly. "I didn't know you were bringing along a friend." a small chuckle from him before he shifted in place, all was left were the two sisters and Malik and Piper now.

Friend...she was a friend. Okay, she could do this. Turning to look at Malikhai as he came down the stairs, she tried to decide if he looked happy to see her. "You as well. Actually, I forgot my toothbrush..." Biting her lip and then glancing at the girl. "But...Keely? said that she could get me one? Would you, please? I simply have to brush my teeth." Oh, and now she sounded way too neurotic.
She reached out and clutched his arm. "I just had to make sure you were there and I knew where there was. I've been running around looking for shoes and tops and boots and skirts and I'm going a little crazy." Studying each of the girls in turn before crushing them to her breast one at a time and dropping kisses on the tops of their heads and faces. "Be good girls. I love you and anytime you want to come home you just let us know, okay?"

"Kae!" Squirming in his brother's hold. Seeing Kaelin was always something fun for him, after all at this age he wasn't exposed to a lot of things and recently he'd been less so since his little ordeal. His mother wanted to make sure he was still in good health from it all and his father was still on top of his mental health...an issue which wasn't entirely solved yet. "You're gonna to too?" Tugging at Yinn's tail as the creature half crawled on top of Malikhai's head, not caring if he was embarassing the teenager in front of the potential girlfriend material.
"Yeah, that's Keely. Keely, Kaelin but you're always in the know so I assume you already know. And this is Galesen and Mykorian, friends of the family." A nod from his longtime nanny and a squint as Yinn did his own thing and his brother tried to be in on it all too. Wow. "Yeah no worries." Catching the attention of a passing serf, "Hey could you get Kaelin a toothbrush to take with her? You can just pack it into my things to save the trouble, thanks." And thus attention back on her, excitment mixed with nerves. And thus a nod to Galesen and Mykorian in greeting before back to Kaelin. "Did you bring a cloak? You'll want to have your eyes shaded."
"Relax." Letting her do her goodbye thing before handing off Kelligrin to her and letting the girls say goodbye to thier brothers before he was ushering them and their things out of the house and taking them over to Twilight. Letting them in the door, he dropped a hand on Faate's shoulder. "Now do me a favor? No runing in Andal unless you have either Swiftfeather, or Master Tyyrael around alright?"

"Hello, Dhairiss. Yes, your brother invited me. Wasn't that sweet of him?" Giving a shy smile to Malikhai and then frowning. "Cloak? I...well, no, I didn't think to bring one. Your father said it was going to be spring and it was on the surface so..." There she went babbling again. "Perhaps next time I should make myself a list to ensure I don't forget anything and make you go to all this trouble."
Faate glanced up at her father who was giving her the serious look and nodded. "I promise. That's the first rule anyway, right?" Giving a happy wave to Mykorian and then hugging her father and walking over to him. "Are you happy about going?"
Lyssie was a little more reluctant to leave at first and she wrapped her arms tightly around her father's leg. "Daddy...are you sure you can't come too? Mama would be okay for a little while."
It was much better for her to hang out at home with her sons and let Sevilin take the girls than her to blubber and change her mind at the last minute. Bouncing Kelligrin and getting a happy laugh, she turned to say something to Zykariel but he was already out the door and gone. "Well, just you and me until Daddy gets back. What do you want for dinner?" Normal answer from the toddler and she carted him off to help her make meals.

More squirming on his part but not put me down squirming. "He's not sweet." Sticking his tongue out in little brother fashion before a laugh.
"You can use mine, my eyes adjust really quic-" Being cut off as Yinn slipped and plopped into his face before giving a few noises and flaps to hop off the boy, leaving him blinking and Dharisiss giggling at it all before proceeding to sniff at Kaelin. "Um...don't worry about him. He's gentle." Grinning. "And it's not trouble at all." Setting down his brother for the moment, who promptly latched to Keely's leg, he rummaged a moment before pulling out his cloak and plopping it over Kaelin's shoulders. A look up then, nodding to Intharas. "About time you all showed up."
"Right." Giving her a hug and letting her go to her...friend. Crouching down, he detached Lyssie from his leg and gave her a hug. "Someone's gotta stay here and keep things clean right? Besides, you're going to have plenty of fun without grumpy rule slinging me around, right?"
He was more or less stupidly standing there. But he seemed to brighten a little at Faate as she walked over. "I suppose so. Things are happening really fast right now."

Well it seemed that everyone was finally coming together, and it looked like the vast majority of the group would be the young ones this time. But Galesen didn't mind, the kids deserved the break as much as their parents did. Though he gave a small nod to Malikhai and Kaelin when he was introduced, it was nice to meet the girl properly this time. "You got that right Malikhai, now all we are waiting for is your parents." A look to Sevilin and he gave a small nod, it was a little sad the man couldn't come with them but the drow did have his reason, couldn't force him too. Though a look back to the small blue drow and he chuckled as Kaelin was inspected by Yinn, now that was cute.

"You know, I only packed four bags, and I got more than enough mana to go around this corwd three times over, so we should be fine."
walking down the stairs, dressed rather casually, and holding two bags that if Kaelin knew what was in them she'd probably faint at the notion it fit in there.
"Alright, is everyone here, ready, gathered and good to go? If not, just say what you need and we'll get it. Broog!"
The big lumbering ogre came up from downstairs, holding out the enormous trunk and opening it, showing off all the jewelry and collars and trinkets inside it.
"Mesa gotz its. and what yous wanteds"
Malik looked throught he jewelry, with quick precision, and picked out three rings, one bracelet, and one necklace.
"Alright children. pick your poison for the jewelry. they have mystical and runic markers. note the ruby stones that move. twist them and we'll be alerted. just in case you get lost or the like. or Isle takes you into the mountains, or if you run out of mana."

Flailing at the draithix who was sniffing at her, she took a hasty step back and swatted at the creature. Distraction was welcome but she was slightly confused, uncertain if she was included in the children group or not. Glancing over the jewelry, she decided it'd be best to take a ring. Necklaces could be caught and used to strangle or hold you while you were slaughtered, bracelets could get caught on things. The most that would happen to a ring would be the loss of a finger. Counting the pieces hastily, she assumed she was included and slipped a ring onto her middle finger since it didn't fit her ring finger. "What...is mana?" Meeting Malikhai's eyes as he settled the cloak around her shoulders before her gaze skittered away.
"No. You could still come with us." But then again, sparklies were distracting her and she skipped over and swiped the necklace, handing it over to her father so he could help. "Can't get it broken, Daddy." Broken meaning apart, of course.
She gave a grin and nodded. "Yeah, I guess so. It's kind of crazy to think we're going to Andal." Taking a bracelet for herself and sliding it onto her wrist. "Are we going to be seeing Master Tyyrael?"

“Long as none of you fall into fits of allergic reactions and things that go with them, all is well and I’m fine. But you did good…last time we went it was six. I’m proud of you. Now hush your prideful self and put your cloak on.” Messing with him just because she could and she was in a good mood to boot. Giving a smile to those that were already gathered in a little group before a raise of an eyebrow to Broog and what he brought. “Well…that’s intriguing. You always have something new to show off don’t you?”
Yinn startled as she had, making a noise or two and a hiss as he was swatted at, taking to retreating to hide behind Malik's boots and merely watch things. Hm, he wasn't sure he liked her...
“Leashes hm? Oh well, I’m sure I’ll find a way to get around such things. Pity Zykariel won’t be there to help.” It was going to be weird without his friend but he was sure he’d find plenty to do. He enjoyed his trips to the surface. That in mind and such, he snagged a ring, slipping it on. “You really think Isle will be up for such things?” Rollimg his eyes slightly before looking to Kaelin once more. "It's a potion or sorts the helps curb the reactions that underdark elves naturally have from underexposure to surface elements."
"I've never been anywhere." Assuming he was in the child pile, seeing as the toddler was probably too little to be going off on his own anyway, he took the remaining ring and slipped it on, hm he'd never had anything fancy.
"Nah, I'm no fun." Watching her skip off before taking the necklace and unhooking it, latching it again behind her neck. An angle of his eyes at his eldest daughter who was probably fishing for some rune opportunities. At least Tyyrael was dependable in that area. Ruffling Lyssie's hair he stood up and gave a look to Malik. "You know all the usual threats and the like."

"Mana is for medicinal purposes. it's basically an enchanted vial of the same energy used for runic or spell use, concentrated and formed into a liquid. it's blue, and when consumed boosts the body's natural resistances. the sruface has a lot of plantlife and things like pollen, especially in spring, can wreak havoc on use underdark types."
glancing at his wife, and putting his cloak on and makign sure it was going to cover his eyes. damn that sunlight.
"I thought it a good idea with the recent trouble and bringing younger children with us. Malikhai, can I borrow your friend for a few minutes?"
though giving the usual 'I get it' nod to sevilin about the usual threats, and going to the study, and letting the younger girl go in first, before closing the door behind them.
"I do hate to sound harsh or overly rude about things, but I have a question for you. You seem to be very...flighty, around my son and others. Is there something wrong, or something your scared of us finding out about? you seem to be showing a genuine interest in him, but from what I heard about your last outing, you seem to be afraid to let anything progress in any manner. there something I should know, or can help with?"

So mana was medicinal which probably meant it didn't taste all that wonderful but if it would help her, then she'd take it. Frowning as she was pulled off, she entwined her fingers and swallowed, debating on how to answer the question. Flighty? Is that the way she came across? "Sometimes my obligations require me to leave situations without previous notice. I do not want him to think that I am avoiding him or not willing to talk to him for long periods of time. Most of my friends aren't that close to me...I suppose they eventually give up trying." Shaking her head. "There's nothing you can help with and nothing that can be done about it. It is what it is, though I appreciate your concern for your son's wellbeing, Lord D'vinn."
"Well, now you'll have been to Andal. I think you're going to like it. Kariel likes to brag about it sometimes though he hardly remembers it really." Shaking her head and then giving a sheepish look to her father. Apparently that question was better left alone.
She gave a happy giggle and then showed it off, puffing out her chest so that the ruby sparkled even more. "It's pretty. Mama would like it lots and lots." Thus, one final hug to her father's waist and she skipped over to her sister. "Can we go now?"

“Yeah that’s what I said.” Shaking his head lightly with a sigh and a point to Kaelin, “Make sure to keep the hood up till your eyes adjust, or it’s just not going to be fun.” Blinking at his father, “Um sure?” Watching the two walk off and he turned a look to his mother in that ‘mommy help’ look. “He’s going to say something to make things difficult isn’t he?” Offering a hand to Yinn and the creature quickly crawling up his arm to rest again on his back and shoulder. Of course Yinn was coming.
“He is your father after all…but no worries. I’m sure he won’t be too…brash, for lack of a better word.” Walking over to Dhairiss and picking him up, putting on his little cloak and pulling the hood up. “You’re in for a treat little one…and I’m going to be so glad to have a sky over my head again. Keely grab an extra cloak for Malikhai since he’s being a gentleman about his.” Thusly her attention turned to the girls. “Alright ladies, are you all ready to do then? Cloaks on, bags packed, boots snug?” Petting at the girls’ hair as they wandered over. “We’ll see Faate. I’m sure he’ll at least want to check in.”
“Mommy would like it, but that’s for you and not mommy. No worries, I’ll get her something of her own so that she’s not jealous.” Shaking his head as the girls were all ready. A look to Piper then, “Make sure they don’t cause too much trouble…or go near places you know they’re not supposed to.”
