I wanna see at least 2 more fights close in Barton before I open the next round... at least 3 more in O/M...

Why does it seem just too convenient that I'm one of the two people who won't know who their enemy is until too late?
Oh well, it doesn't really matter which one wins, it's gonna' still mean my opponent will be hell in a handbasket. Hm... Didn't think I'd have to fight Dreslin this early in the tourney.

Monseiru X is it bad that i don't take the time to scout my opponent? Eh. Not exactly like I analyzed you; I just read over the first few posts of your last match to see whether what I was fighting was a frog or not. =P
Besides, using OOC information IC isn't my style. I was having my character participate in as many Barton matches as possible, so he could have a justifiable IC means of knowing the basics of his potential opponents. But, got lazy. Think I'll start that up again this round, possibly. Or, I could just pull the whole "he was there" deal without actually having posted in the matches in question - though, that seems kinda cheap.

I have a definate sense of doom for the next round of commerce.
Mainly because one of my opponents is naked and hasn't logged in since the beginning of August, and because the other, while still dressed like a n00b, hasn't logged in since the end of July.
I don't think sending PMs will help. xp

Toastbusters Hm... Didn't think I'd have to fight Dreslin this early in the tourney. Why are you thinking you are gonna fight me this early in the tourney? I haven't won versus Victor yet. Though, I still have a few trump cards to use.

*Gets darted and dies horribly. The lemmings come in, cart off the body and wheel in a replacement.*
neutral I'd ask you not to do that.
The field's only for the effects of the bomb itself not exiting the arena. It won't stop you, me, or anything else concerning our fight. Really the only reason I even mentioned it is because its not in Mal to kill random spectators and small villages at random.
^^; Otherwise it'd be outside interference something horrible neh?

So basically it's a magic wall that will only stop your bomb, and nothing else.
So then, all Deity has to do to avoid your bomb is go stand on the other side of the wall and grin like an idiot.

@Vipey: ::points at Jello::
....he makes a great point.
Deity doesn't really know that (IC), but it's still funny... xD
...but anywho...thanks for the info. Deity'll finish his post before he goes t'bed. It's mostly done anyway, but bedtime called last night... < <;;

So yeah, he'd definately avoid the blast. EDIT: Deity, do you have AIM by chance?

We're still in the first round, I was under the impression that any rules change (i.e. the expanded boundary) didn't take place until after the current round had finished. If not... ^^ Well, the shield will protect everyone else in the blast radius.

What rules change?
The stands were ruled as in bounds, no? That's a clarification, not a change of anything. If it protects the stands it would protect Deity if he's in the stands... Not like your 'magic barrier that affects only my bomb' is going to bubble around each and every spectator and the building.
