I think he's just an idiot.
Kinda makes me worry that Osborn seems so interested, though.... this whole *finger quotes* "bring law to the Nexus!" trend is starting to give me the heebie jeebies. I got a bad feeling someone's going to use that moron as an excuse for a kind of political coup or something. stare
