A blunette man sat in a chair by a window, looking outside with lonely blue eyes. On his lap sat a very familier kappa doll and his wrist a just as familier set of red beads.
He had bags under his eyes as if he hadn't slept for years and was wearing a light blue yukata along with a scarf, even though it wasn't winter anymore.
A sigh escaped his lips along with wispered words for no one else to hear.

Kiah walked into the Common Room with her trademark stack of papers, glad to be rid of her friend for the day. She'd been falling behind in work lately because every time she wanted get it done he was right there, talking her ear off. When she set the papers down on the table, she noticed a strange man seated by the window, holding a doll she remembered Chaoe carrying around.
"Um... excuse me...?" she asked softly, not wanting to disturb the relative calm that was settled over the room.

The man was a bit startled and looked over his shoulder, suprised.
"You can..see m- ah...of course you can.." He closed his eyes and a small smile formed on his face. He had a calm serene voice that wasn't too low or too high. To put it simple, his voice was like it's own kind of music.(hells to the yeah it is >:U )
He smiled warmly at Kiah, although it seemed a little pained at first. "Can I help you..miss?"

"I'm sorry I startled you...," Kiah smiled apologetically. She was about to ask what exactly he was trying to say, but was distracted by his melodic voice. Staring at the man for a bit longer than necessary in surprise, she soon looked away and coughed into her hand in embarrassment.
"Oh, sorry. You can call me Kiah," she introduced, quickly moving on. "Well, I've never seen you here before, so I was wondering who you were." Kiah's eyes narrowed in suspicion, focusing on the kappa in particular. "... Did you find that in the halls...?"
