Who, Arceus? My older brother got one of him. And (just to brag for him) he obtained every Pokemon in Diamond. Sadly he doesn't have HeartGold or SoulSilver yet.
EDIT: @Never: I guess I never had that problem of something else getting overleveled that way, since Typhlosion practically started overleveled and could hurt anything, and I got a Chikorita before I learned to surf.

They're not too bad. They do have their sucky qualities, definitely, just like I think Totodiles kind of suck. (Especially since I'm a hard-core fire trainer). But they're not that bad against some things.

Well my contact is over in Japan now. He goes there for vacation for a month every year. He always attemps to get downloads from his contacts. So when he gets back in a few weeks im going to ask him if he has the download in his pokemon ranger game for the manaphy egg he owes me. Then ill be able to complete my legendary collection with manaphy and phione.
Now on to my Heart Gold team.

My pokedex in this one is suckish. The only game im going for complete pokedex in is Diamond and when it gets releases stateside Pokemon Black. xd

Definitely! You should've seen my first party in my original Pearl game (which I sadly lost when we moved). I had Arcanine, Rapidash, Ninetails, Infernape, Moltres, and then another random Pokemon.

For my new file on SS I'm gonna use Growlith as my fire type (Usually has one pokemon of each element)

That makes sense. I try to do that usually, but I realized my fire types just slaughter everything in their paths and I normally stick with those.
Oh, yeah. And I remember the sixth party member - it was a Glaceon. And it demolished my brother's dragon party.

Lol. Epic. But isn't it weird for a Pokemon to have contridictory move types? (Thunder and Surf).
