the simplest word is depressed. but its more of an empty dead scared sad feeling...I know i never have a reason to feel this way but I do.

I know that feeling intimately. I used to take pills for that....but i didn't like counseling, and so i never got a refill. I recommend music you like and S#X, though the latter actually does less to help you than the former. They both won't fix it. It comes and goes on it's own. Sleeping may or may not help. I usually call it flat lining, emphasizing the empty feeling. I am really sorry man. I hope it passes soon. It is a hard thing for me to give advice on, as i myself have days where nothing i do can cure it....I'm sorry, I wish I were better at advice.

Its alright aria you are doing fine with advice. It comes and goes and sometimes its worse than other times sometimes it lasts longer. I'll be fine again tomorrow just after to much inner thinking and self analyzing. which never helps. Not really I'll just have my mask back on.

there is nothing I i say right now that I wouldn't say if asked. it is simple and morbid. I just figure I am more of a burden on others dead than alive. Its how I always kill those kinds of thoughts....mostly I think i just think to much.

I understand that logic. I've had it before.
that said, i don't think you're much of a burden alive...you don't seem like that kind of person.
but i would hate you if you died. It's too late for that, because I've already invested my emotions into you by calling you my friend.

You've probably already tried it but hey fill yourself up with precious memories of your past and how happy you guys were and stuff,I shouldn't even be talking,since I have never experienced any of this empty feeling...Well there was this one time but that has a reason...Just try finding a precious memory of yours when you feel the emptiness,It just might help.
